Hell yeah brotha. I have a tip for you when using live bait blue gill- it helps to secure your bait is you hook them under the spine. You can see a thin black line on the filets and that marks their spine, go like 1/4-1/2 inch under that with your hook. This is pretty calm water so what you’re doing works but in high current water it’ll eventually work the hook out of the blue gill

How do you keep from hanging your gear up in that current?
The current wasn’t super fast so a three or four ounce sinker could hold the bait still. I also use flat bank sinkers.
