recently got a pair of the kiko kayano 14s went tts and fit well and was suprised by the comfort. definitely looking forward to scooping up another pair in the near future

Ironically back in 2009’s when I was just getting to HS. If you were these you were considered a nerd or the hardcore track guy. People back then didn’t where these casually except a few or wore Nike running shoes for track.

Got a pair today on sale. Glad I got to try them on as for me they fit TTS unlike the gel lite iii or Nimbus 9.
Got the simply taupe/oatmeal colourway. Love the metallic ones but these have a certain element of class you don’t always see in running shoes except maybe NB.

I have two pairs and they are so comfortable, one in all black and grey suede and another in mesh which fit a bit smaller, but they are on par with my NB 860 v2 and the 2002. Gel tech is great and they’re not super expensive. I wish I’d got a Kiko pair when they dropped cos trying to get a pair now is near impossible in Australia.

ASICS are dope they e made a combat I recall seeing them as a kid but yes the gel Kayano is nice.
I used to run in these back in highschool when they came out in '08. They were my go to for daily training for track and cross country alongside my Mizuno Waverider 12s. Couple months back saw they brought them back in the same exact white/pure silver/red colorway in EU. Grabbed two pairs to last me. Shoes so good, I'd honestly still run in them to this day.

Same bro. I had these and the GT series. Back then we kept these in the locker because it was more about the function instead of the style because it wasnt the style or hype. We've came to full circle
They weee straight up cheaper back then too. Inflation and demand have definitely gone up last 2-3 years.

In the ASICS 1130 I got size 9.5 you think I can get away with gel 14 size 9
insane to think i got kayano 13s 2 years ago and now they become fashionable. sad that I wont be getting them at discounts anymore but oh well
How did I get the size? , yes I am 9 us and I have wide feet
Went for a 9.5 and they fit perfectly, funny cause I had a sz 9.5 in 2016 and they fit too big. But yet again the gel collation was built differently than these versions
In my opinion, best looking sneakers money can buy. And the comfort is impressive. More comfortable than all my NB 990s except the V6.

Is it good for flat feet?
Snagged 2 pairs of these when they dropped. Wish I woulda went half size up. They fit great but after a while, my big toe feels it. They are 100% narrow at the toe box

Same. Just got my first pair today and they are tight for a tts. It makes my NB 1906 feel way more comfortable. Was hoping I would’ve been blown away by the Kayano 14 like everyone else but it was hurting with me just trying them on and I had thin socks on. lol. Wish I went a half size up too..

so confused about the sizing for these. I've heard they fit like the vomero 5 which is a perfect true to size for me but then I've heard they fit like the nb 860v2 which run too small for me(around toe box is very narrow) and I should have gone up half a size. You said you went up half a size in these but you also said you went true to size on the 860v2 and those fit you fine so idk what to do lol
Just try them on, order tts and half size up and return the one that doesn’t fit

Hmm if i recall correctly i ordered half size up to try them on because with jogging shoes i realized that i need half size up anyway. But i remember my toes would for sure be tight at the front if i went TTS because the front part is in this metallic plastic cage instead of soft mesh which will cramp your toes.
Somebody better call my momma and tell her to give me my allowance money the ASIC GELS are making a huge comeback yessssssss gawd

I went up a half size in the womens green colorway and it fit bigger than the men’s size 9 🤔so the men’s size 9 and women’s 10.5 is supposed to be equivalent but fit different

Few current brands are as overrated and overhyped as JJJJOUND, so thank you Asics, for releasing other colourways which are just as good, if not better.

People got tired of the plastic overpriced leather Nike has on all their shoes and are realizing comfort is king

These are the epitome of ugly and frumpy mid 2000s purely technical running shoes, and I do not consider these versatile at all! They are only good for running, and not for casual wear. You tell me - would you wear technical running shoes or training shoes around town if you wanted to look fashionable? These are the same, just 20 years older.
