Sometimes pro sports are so counterproductive from a business mindset. I've never met a pro-athlete that comes on board to lose. These are elite players who have never taken so many L's in their lives until there reached the pro's. It eats them up inside.
That’s pretty much how it is in any corporation or league. They feel like since they’re paying you, you should just suck it up and roll with the punches.
NBA kinda needs relegation. So, tanking would really hurt a team’s bottom line. Not gonna happen obviously but some mechanism that discourages losing and not the play in.
I get all that about the livelihood and the human aspect and how moving is difficult but you guys are getting paid millions. Whether you win, lose, get traded, on a championship team or a rebuild, you are getting paid regardless and you are getting paid on a minimum 2 hour 4-5 day work week. This is part of the reason why viewership is in decline. Players are too sensitive and whiny. They need to stop crying, man up and keep pushing their best and what they're getting paid millions to do.
These dudes are trying to WIN at the game they are being paid to play. Getting moved every couple a years and having to rebuild chem and lose is crazy work and makes it hard to stay motivated to WIN. Money can’t help you win at basketball
NO ..sir NETs ..need a Star thats a ticket attraction..your not that your a piece around a star attraction..so cut the crap be patient and go be a supportive high quality player..you seem lil soft and emotional. GsW will pass on him .
Thanks for watching. The full episode is EXCELLENT and hope you tune in. Publishes tomorrow.
Side note he’s very well spoken
I said the same thing about Luka, Jokic, JJ Redick, and Caitlyn Clark
This guy is smart. He is going to be a winner. Warriors please exchange him for kuminga.
JK is a good player. I don’t know why he’s so inconsistent.
@@kimking5928because his role and supporting cast aren’t ideal for him
Fuvk no buggin
Your high
Warriors would be tripping. I would trade Kuminga only for a star player or Jerami Grant floor

The human element of professional sports often go unnoticed.

@@Ben2bwild He's a better defender and his contract is better.
@@Ben2bwildJokic with 4 MPJs would be the best starting 5 in Basketball
@@adamw7777yeah cause the defense doesn’t need to be considered
Yes
I don't think most fans genuinely believe you can hope to lose 180 games over 3 years and then expect to come out where you want on the other side.
Warriors need BI or this dude
Warriors wanted him but Nets were asking for too much
He’s better than BI
@@jeffforty5663more versatile, idk about better

@ I think Melton Kuminga and picks
They are very good on the pod

"Lives are at stake'. Wow.
He meant livelihoods.

Nah, you clearly don’t get the human aspect.
