    The eighty and ninety models BMWs didn't have half these problems built to last for years with regular maintenance

    Thank you so much for the information, Max; as for me is too late. 5 years ago I bought a 2013 model in Méjico, and I'm staring to hear the sound of a faulty time chain at 60K miles. Needless to say, I'm fucked! ...and, sure enough, the leaking sunroof issue was present in my car; but I was able to find a guy that repaired it for very little money. Any way, best of luck to those who own a bmw; this will be my only and last car from this brand.
