Sooooo funny. I don't know if you'll see this, but I think that mens wedding band you found might be mine. In 2003 I got married and we went there for our honeymoon. While snorkeling it slid right off my finger. It was a black titanium men's band I think. Dark silver or black I don't know. It's all good. She cheated on me and we got divorced in 2012. Jake, the first time I saw one of your videos was when you found the cremated remains in the river and to be honest it and you freaked me out. This guy all in black finding remains in a river was a bit weird. I have since followed you and you have become my favourite you tuber. You videos are amazing, the quality, the content, you are a responsible man and I am always so happy to see and hear what you are doing. You and Kyndall are an amazing young couple and I can't wait to see what else you can show us

Diamonds that size may have a a way to be identified. Take it to your local jeweler and see if they can figure out where it was sold. You can then probably track down the owner.

jake! you should come to the new river in southwest virginia. its the only river in the united states that flows the opposite direction. a lot of people go on kayaks through it and tubing and stuff. i think it would be awesome to see what you can find!!

Wow, you took me back to my childhood. 16 through 21 the Bahama's was my summer home. I crewed on a charter boot of scuba divers. My job was to navigate the boat while diver's were down and make fruit salads. We hired natives to tour and cook, in exchange for different products we took over from Florida. I don't remember his name, but he made the best! Conk Salad I ever ate. I lived on that stuff, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I did get a allergy to lobster, but didn't stop me from eatthe tails. Thanks for sharing your adventures. The Bahamas Rocks in my world. That was 30 years ago

Hi there. While I was watching your video I had an idea that may make retrieving the items your metal detector locates easier. Why don't you get one of those metal kitty litter scoops? This way the sand would go through the scoop leaving the larger, hopefully valuable, items behind in the bowl of the scoop. Just a thought. Thank you for sharing all of your adventures my boys and I love watching your videos!
Thanks for the tip! I bought a few in the past, but it just depends what terrain I'm hunting in whether its a good idea to use it or not. This cave would've been perfect, but other places you may not need it

I don’t think you will see this but I’m going on my first ocean dive this weekend and your videos are what inspired me to start scuba diving I’ll update my comment after the trip to Catalina islands and let you know how my first diving experience went (outside of a pool)
ayeeee be safe and always go with a diving buddy. the more you have the safer you are especially in the ocean
Devin Miller aye I came back a few days after the post but forgot the update it was fun it was a group trip so my buddy was my best friend “who is by far the better diver” our instructors told him he should go for advanced diving it was really cool when I get an adaptor I’ll share some of the footage we got on the trip to Catalina was really dope

How can I see a better photo of the first wedding ring? My husband lost his wedding ring in Thunderball Cave in April 2019. It looks suspiciously like the first ring you found. I can match photos, provide proof we were there at that time... everything you need to prove it.
