Pulling off nice or really hard stuff should probably stay for personal gratification and sharing, like this. When you add an achievement for something niche and/or frustrating, you are just screwing over every completionist. There are many infinite custom challenges you could impose on yourself, the achievements the game has are already very specifically chosen based on the design ideas themselves Not to diminish the gigachad energy on display here haha, but i think this kind of idea where everything needs an unlock or badge gets tossed around casually a lot and can lead to frustrating game dev decisions

There should have been special Chef’s Tasks for the bosses not counting getting the P Rank For example, beating Pepperman with the Peppino painting still on screen with or without taking damage would give you the “Preservation of Art” achievement, and there could be special tasks to do when fighting bosses like parrying all of The Noise’s attacks, keeping Fake Peppino on screen during the entire chase sequence, etc.
So I'm just gonna assume that everyone who played this game is part of some sort of hive mind and we all at least thought about doing this, props to you for actually pulling it off
I love the fact that the player hesitates before starting the second phase, like he's psyching himself up or needs a minute to breathe. To me, it speaks volumes about just how hard keeping the painting intact is.
By all means that should unlock every character in its full playable form unlock multiplayer unlock every level in the game and unlock a room where every level is clearly laid out one next to the other plus the crumbling tower of pizza

*P rank is beating bosses or levels without taking a single hit*
*and I think for levels you'd need to keep a constant combo bonus up until the end*
