I am sorry for your loss Roxanne as I know it must be so difficult. The only person really close to me who passed away was my father 12 years ago. But what makes me feel better is looking at my children as without my father I and my children would not be here. So every time I see my kids I know my Dad lives. The fact that you think of these people every now and then keeps them alive. Also, if you have faith you know that you will see them again. I just take one day at a time and try to be the best I can. The past five years of my life have been amazing as you have no idea the blessings God has around the corner for you. Hugs!

This song kills me 😅 I broke up with my ex after a pretty big fight we had after the Garth brooks concert, ironically. But this song.. I know I did the right thing but man, this song stings a little.
You never know what God has planned for you. To me the song is just about being human and saying every now and then I think about a past love but I would not trade the life I have now and go back. It is hard to understand but God has a plan for you and you never know what person is around the corner who is a much better match.
