Personally I’m not a fan of the pinyin or captions but it’s fine because I just listen without looking at them, but I feel like adding these captions have correlated with this podcast getting way shorter. And honestly you really don’t need to switch cameras so much either. It’s pretty unnecessary. I say focus more on sound mixing and making sure everyone is around the same volume before you start going for style in this manner. It’s really not necessary. Keep in mind what makes you guys different and popular. There really aren’t many chinese podcasts in this type, where basically 3 male teachers will invite a guest and interview them for like an hour. Don’t give up what makes you unique just because you’re trying to be like everyone else. We don’t need camera switching, we don’t need pinyin and captions burned into the video. The captions are already an option to turn on if you want to. And I want the long episodes back! These 30 minute episodes are getting on my nerves. I used to look forward to every dashu but I’m slowly becoming less of a fan
是的，这是我们策略的改变，我们需要触及更多的观众，不只是中高级的观众。之前太长的视频，还有纯CC字幕是有很大的缺陷的。但是，考虑到老用户的需求，我们也给会员提供了无字幕版，还有加更版。都是CC字幕版的，可以随时关掉。

两千六租金。哈哈，我现在居住的房子也是。但是美元喽。当然，我这里是独立房。老师大概居住所谓公寓，即apartment。不过，这些年美国apartment也不便宜。好一点的也要两千六美元。不知道底层怎么活。我还好，房子曾在价格飙升前买下来的。假若现在要安置自己，可能住不起了。尤其是假若当年离婚后决定先旅游几年再考虑买房的话。。。从国外回来发现自己的储蓄不够。好在当年没有选择自由流动一段时间。其实没有固定工作去类似大理等地放荡一阵子正常不过了。就是体会体会不拘束的生活方式。问题是等到感到厌倦，想安定下来，条件可能不允许。所以很难说。有的时候不应该选择尝试不同生活。女孩儿很年轻，还有了自己的事业。选择离开北京，体会大理生活没有什么问题。我说的是年纪大着。一转眼发现房子贵了。食物，汽油都贵起来了。你的赚钱能力却没有跟上了。所以，即便我想出走些日子，不是没有风险。我选择了去乡下买房。其实与中国人去大理逃脱手铐和脚铐（一时想不的另外那个字。镣铐了吧。你看很多字脑子里寄存，只是使用技巧缺乏）。或许可以美国乡下犹如中国大理的美国版本。这里有海，却没有湖泊。我自己倾向大海的。
不好意思，我汉语很烂。我将删掉。这些记述都是都是本人试图保持中国基本操作能力的产物。不必留给大家看。因为不代表我真实的汉语能力。也不是经过认真思考的。是随机笔记。想到哪写到哪。写完即发。删掉类似的作品不存在什么诚实不诚实，虚心不虚心，懊悔不懊悔等不同层次考量。删掉之缘故涉及到其随笔文本的本质。即汉语学习记述。我也有相对认真汉语撰写的时候。比如我谈及以巴冲突的相关陈述。那些也是随即阐述的。但不草率。本评论不同了。也是认真的。操作太草率。不加以编辑。这种等次的阐述删掉也罢了。回头处理吧。先放置放置放置吧。也不耽误人们的事业。或许我回头翻阅翻阅能够发现里面的精华。催促编辑工作。
以巴冲突评论？对啊。那是强者欺凌弱者的不公平战斗。有一方与美国一起开发各种高等科技，并予以引进国防企业。等于说威力处于世界顶级水平。另一方则躲在地道里制造拙劣，威力小的武器。结果以色列不遇到阻碍的实施地毯式轰炸。多樟平民楼房（zhang，即楼房的量词。我试用一下。就是栋的意思。不知道为何既有zhang又有栋的楼房量词。值得去区别开来。肯定有或大或小的差异。）被毁。夷为平地。对如此毁坏的悲剧性时事新闻，当然要严阵以待。特别是推出对于话题表示立场或者说观点的时候，要谨慎一点，我觉得。
guys love your content, but the english subs kind of ruin it for me cause I can't ignore them, any chance you can set them as removable? I think people (esp beginners) will end up just reading english rather than listening, so much of the value you bring is lost
Good luck with that when Dolores is talking 😂(super fast) , my advice is just watch the videos and try to pick up what you already know, the English is only going to help you understand better
Build the foundation of a big vocabulary and keep listening to native speakers with subtitles until you are getting their thoughts matched up with the words you know
