The story about the brother who used to point out the faults of others, and then later suffered from the same faults is so scary. May Allah make us humble.
If God wills, we find Islam of Abrahamic Monotheism and Creed, not corrupted Hadiths of Abu Huraira et al. Sadly, a majority of Muslims are not walking faithfully with God alone, they have embraced Salat (daily prayer), Zakat (alms giving), sawn (fasting) and so on, but not gone all the way to give up on all their idols.

Romans 5:8 BELIEVE IN YOUR HEART THAT JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR YOUR SINS, WAS BURIED, AND THAT GOD RAISED JESUS FROM THE DEAD. This is trusting with all of your heart that Jesus Christ is who he said he was. He saves us from sin and hell and brings us into a relationship with him. We become God's children. We are saved from hell, eternal death.
"For whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13 CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD. Every single person who ever lived since Adam will bend their knee and confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings.

Uk seems to have so many people who are giving lectures so much knowledge. Here in holland and belgium its very rare to have a lecture. For some reason and if there are lectures you would not hear about it of be able to find it on social media.
Abu taymiyyah was in holland but i did not know only untill after i saw him. In Sha Allah he will also come to belgium soon

It's absolutely, absolutely true that you shouldn't look down on people since doing so will bite you back! I experienced this.
I was dedicating 1 hour each day to reading the Quran. This made me really happy and I was very proud of it. When I was out with friends one day, one of them said that they were finding it difficult to read the quran and hoped they could at least devote 10 minutes to the Qur'an. I didn't say this outloud, I was just thinking, "10 minutes? That is so simple, how are they struggling?"
After that day I slowly read less and less. They time I put to read become smaller and samller. And now I am struggling to just read 10 mintues of the quran. Subhanallah.....It really came back for me.
😭😭ikr even when I think of these things they happen to me idk how im supposed to control these thoughts tho

I struggle with it too! But I think the way we could deal with it is to reject the thought so it doesn't become an emotion we feel towards them but rather just a passing thought like "Allah(SWT) helped me reach this level and Allah(SWT) is aware how hard they're trying, may Allah(SWT) make it easy for them and keep me steadfast"

I totally agree with ustadh abu taymiyyah the only way to actually feel the love for Allah swt is to connect to the book of Allah swt’s this will increase ur love for him the more u know Allah swt the more u love him so it’s extremely important for us to read the Quran in our own language because Arabic is not first language for some of us read urself or get a teacher learn the Quran with the Tafseer it helps a lot
