2022 Honda Super Cub 125 - Land's End Shortbread Fingers Review - Biscuit Reviews By Bike

- In this episode I ride my 2022 Honda Super Cub 125 to Lands end to review Shortbread Fingers. Despite the intrinsic Scottishness of the shortbread finger, I choose to review them as far from Scotland as possible (in the UK), at Lands End in Cornwall.
I consider how much salt is in the shortbread, I dip one piece for over 10 seconds and I look at some lichen. I also feel a bit odd about Land's End being the end of the universe for people that never leave the UK.
If you have a chance to go to Land's End, perhaps you should. You could even contemplate the merits of shortbread there. To get there on a small motorbike took a long time and was actually very cold.
Those A & B roads are the prime areas for the Cub as the bike is so light and flickable you never stop smiling and the seat plus suspension soak up all but the biggest potholes, getting over 140mpg helps keep costs down too.
Despite the front end rebuild I just did on my C90 being transformative, the Super Cub C125 is far, far superior in terms of ride and handling. Just feels (rightly so) very modern and sorted in comparison.

What is more British than reviewing biscuits on a Honda Super Cub? Strikes me as perfectly reasonable behaviour. Then again I watch reviews of biscuits done by this chap on a Super Cub so what would I know? I get coconut and honey smelling Gorse.
More importantly love a bit of Shortbread.

May i suggest doing an engine swap on your C90? my 1964 cub has a 110cc lifan. does 60 easily but the bike only weighs 74kg. my friend has a C90 with a 212cc race engine. that will do about 80 flat out but makes well for overtaking

@@EpohDerf 125cc is the largest displacement whilst retaining the centrifugal semi auto clutch. any larger cc requires handlebar modifications to allow for a clutch lever

@@paulhorton5594 the c90 has decided to show off a bit this week.
Rebuilt most of the moving bits on the front end and also did new chain and sprockets. Now very very hesitant to start. Press start button >lights dim>laboured electrical squeak noise>starter doesn't turn>5 mins of kicking to encourage it and eventually it starts

It (for me) was much better than Lands End.
Was it Walkers shortbread?
It wasn't. It was Lidl own brand.
