    Hey guys! Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all you guys do. I’m currently in the Air Force stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC and was in Germany for two years. I’m currently deployed right now. Me and my family back home in Kentucky have always been huge NASCAR fans. My dad has a huge Dale Earnhardt collection that he’s kept for years and I loved going through it when I was little. I’ve battled depression and anxiety for a long time but when I started hearing y’all’s podcast it seemed like everything just went away and I always feel better every time I hear you guys. Keep up the good work I hope to meet y’all one day. Y’all are truly a blessing in my life. Thank you!

      There was an article couple months ago & Kyle said it's a "priority" that he be allowed to run some dirt races when he considers a 2021 contract. Hendrick let Kahne run dirt, then stopped him after getting inured on dirt. Really hope he ends up at Hendrick tho, dirt or no dirt.

    Chili Bowl truly is the greatest indoor dirt race on earth. Chili Bowl Flu is 1,000% real, but also completely worth it. Nothing like sitting front row on the front straightaway where all the action is. Plus, walking the Pits is pretty amazing especially if you’re trying to interact with one of your favorite drivers. 25/10 would recommend going to the Chili Bowl in Tulsa, OK every January.

    Some of the chilli bowl flu has to do with breathing in the dirt, since the dirt was from the original dirt track at the Fairgrounds before it got removed for the dirt they have for horse racing now. Since I used to get sick from going to the races. When my late dad raced there before he quit racing.

    • @GreatWhiteNorth82
      @GreatWhiteNorth82 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's BS. You get sick from picking up a virus. When there is that many people in such a small building the flu will spread like wild fire. Kyle also pointed out the bar scene. Lets stick to science in of grandpas old stories lol

    • @TheCrewChief374
      @TheCrewChief374 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GreatWhiteNorth82 Well since one place a virus can live is in soil, it can be one place you can breathe in something that could cause you to get sick. And Since I have been to both the fairgrounds back when Tulsa Speedway was there and to the Chilli Bowl. And been sick from both places, on top of the amount of people in the building, as well as the exhaust from the car's. Which is just as much a contributing factor as going to the bar, that doesn't help things in its own right.
      But of course breathing in the dust from the dirt that people have walked on and have gone to the bathroom, walked in the parking lot, walked through the trailers, walked into the bar etc and so on. It can contribute to being sick after this event. Because I went long before it was as big as it is now and ended up sick every year. Which I was underage for a lot of that so I could not go to the bar. But I could go to a lot of other places that could have had nasty floors amount other things.
      Therefore, it could be just as much a possibly as going to the bar and being to close to someone else's face or mouth.
      Because a virus just like bacteria can live in the soil dormant or not. Besides the fact if people end up sick just from going to a bar in the Tulsa area. I am sure the health department would be on the owner to keep the place cleaner or be shut down. Since they do it regularly all year long when they find a problem.
      So it is not just B.S. it is actual science that has been researched and peer-reviewed. Published in news articles for everyone to read.
      On top of the fact that, the Coronavirus came out of the soil transferred to an animal and then to a person. Because it can live in the ground dormant for many years or centuries.

Moreover, I had family and friends that lived out there that would be sick all the time. So your argument isn't a very good one since you obviously have never dealt with this sort of thing ever in your life.

    That building is a health hazard. "Valley fever" is a known medical condition that often occurs in dry dusty states like AZ and TX. Lotsa dust and dirt in the air, when dirt racing indoors.
