I was about to return my Mount-It because it could not hold the weight of my monitor when I happened upon this video. Who knew that the solution to my problems was a few turns of the allen wrench!

Fairly easy to adjust the up and down tension, however it took a little bit of elbow grease to get the adjustment screw turning. At first I thought maybe the adjustment hex screw was fully tightened. It did move, but no where near as easily as the video here shows. I was concerned I was stripping the screw at first. It did work out, however someone at the plant had torqued this way to much. The same goes for the tilt screw adjuster for the pitch on the monitor. Unfortunately, the arm mounting plastic slide, mounted on the Vesa plate mount, which your screw into the back of the monitor, is not snug. There doesn't seem to be any way to secure the monitor from drifting right and left from the horizontal plane, thereby rendering the monitor a little cockyed with the slightest of touch. I didn't mount a massive monitor, a DELL 25" 9.5 lbs, perhaps that would of changed the movements. I get an uneasy feeling that the monitor play from side to side will eventually drive me nuts. Ironically, all the movements are very stiff, to stiff IMO, apart from this.
