- Mid February, a sunny day at the Bothnian bay, Bottenviken, and Kågnäsudden fishing village. Walking with micro spikes on the ice, making fire and coffee on the wood stove at the shore. Just a wonderful day for an outing!

The shot of the water and ice, just before you pour the coffee, was stunning. The overlap of sounds of the last embers in the metal stove with the gentle lapping of water and melting ice was beautiful. Thanks for sharing!

hi Erik. from another Erik :) my wife and i and 2 yr old little guy will be doing a 2 week RV trip in August starting in Stockholm. but we plan to spend the entire time in nature or small villages. we want to do a big round trip drive, driving to the north maybe 1000km or so and then head back south. I like how Erik sometimes eludes to the effects of climate change in his environment, especially with the changing timeframes of the seasons and the ice etc... Without sounding preachy, he reminds us that the world is changing very rapidly, and that we must learn to adapt.
Yep, the World has changed over billions of years and will continue to do so. Cycles within cycles within cycles, etc, etc, etc.
Life on the Planet has and will continue to adapt. That which cannot ..
