  • Hey guys here is the second part to the first upload of the video where I picked up in Belvidere Illinois. We took this load to the Cheyenne Wyoming Walmart distribution center. It was suppose to be a live unload but it became a drop and hook which made the day even better. I appreciate you all for showing love support and subscribing to the channel you all are amazing. I have a lot more video and footage to look thru and edit. New video will be live soon when I finish editing the footage! Catch you all in the next one 🙏

    Came across your channel and is one of the best trucking channels I have come across. A lot of the truckers that have channels seem to be miserable and unhappy people, but your channel is very positive and I enjoyed watching it.

    Wow, what are the chances I came across your video. That's my DC, I've been there for 9 years and have truly enjoyed every moment of it. I've spent 2 years on the receiving docks and love to hear the other teams get a shout out for being awesome. Thank you for what you do and stay safe out there!

    Life is so much simpler now 😊 in the old days only had pay phones at every customer, had tons of trip envelopes to mail in before getting paid, the had trip scanners at truck stops, now everything is done all on the cell phone. And the red dirt tractor add commercial is in my home town 🤩🤩🤩

      Yeah the times were way harder before it took real truckers to be great at this job like you said. Finding directions on atlas writing everything down unlike how it’s so easy people follow a gps and cell phone 😂 really haha that’s funny 😄

      @@jamesschaffhausen4466 they said you can wear the go pro on your head when at the customer and when doing outside stuff but driving on road or highway you can’t since you should be fully paying attention at everything 🤷‍♂️ I hear that from many other drivers and I see the other TH-camrs from prime doing the same thing driving around with a camera on their head at customers

    It seems Wyoming is always windy! I was towing a travel trailer in a strong cross wind and it was not fun...a white knuckle experience. I've watched videos of trailers being blown over in the wind, hope you did OK with it. Looks like you have some cool stuff in your truck for cooking, sure saves a lot of money and no doubt better for your health. Looking forward to your next video, take care and safe travels.

    • @RunningOTR

      Yes mam the winds in Wyoming can get pretty strong and terrible that’s for sure. I saw alot of trucks and campers blown over last year a lot in Wyoming on i80 and in Kansas on i70. Cooking for your self is definitely much better that’s for sure. My wife and I bought alot of cooking items air fryer rice cooker a small pan we had a hot plate and a bigger pan also. Thank you so much video will be coming soon.

    Do you have the link for those lights you've put in the dash please. They look really good and not to bright. Been looking for some for my Scania dash. Really enjoy the videos especially the road footage, I drove oversized out of Alberta Canada all over the US ten years ago before coming back to the UK.

That’s awesome Canada is nice but I love Europe I’m from Lithuania I was born there and came here to US my parents bring me here when I’m 9 years old. I want a Scania so bad if I drive trucks in Europe. Here is the link to the lights a.co/d/hDVIyIJ to control and change light colors is called Lotus Lantern on the App Store.

      @@RunningOTR thanks for the info much appreciated. I love watching your road footage to see if I've driven on that stretch of highway. 240,000 miles in 21 months I drove when I was out there. Wish we'd had Scania's but a Pete and a Cascadia were ok. There's way to much traffic over this side of the Atlantic, I long for the day I can drive Stateside again. Keep up the great videos 👍👍

    Whoever told you that there are good paying loads out of Wyoming or Colorado lied to you. Owner operators and own authority will dead head to Hutchinson, KS or Kansas City area.
    Someday I hope to run into you out there.
    Be careful my friend.

    • @RunningOTR
      @RunningOTR  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yeah I know the loads are terrible coming out of Colorado rate wise Wyoming doesn’t have much to take out of there unless you have a flat bed some loads are there for that. I usually reload out of Colorado Greeley fort Morgan grand island Nebraska dodge city Kansas liberal Kansas beef loads pay way better out of Nebraska or Kansas vs Colorado. What areas do you run hope to meet you out there one of these days 🤝 safe travels always 🙏

    Hello Running OTR. Is Prime good on the East Coast? I live in the NY metro area and have my own truck, but the rail work has not been there. I know Prime does rail work, aka Intermodal work. I have been looking at all the TH-cam drivers that work for Prime, especially you. Let me know what you think. Be safe, and God bless.

    • @RunningOTR
      @RunningOTR  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey sir I know I been to New York many times and i agree the intermodal division isn’t too huge at prime my friend works at prime and he does intermodal in California and he does well they keep him very busy. Prime is a good company that’s for sure they treat you well and keep you running. Feel like a family to work for them everything is organized on the app to make your life more simple. I know Jersey and NY does a lot of containers especially out of the port but as far as intermodal it’s not as busy I guess in the north east from primes network.
