Definitely recommend that you always buy protein every time you trade. There's no way to get enough for all the Alien datoids needed with just combat and face hugger invasions. Continuing to enjoy this gameplay.
I was going to ask how Jesse overloaded spontaneously, then remembered he was a transferred Human. Auto Pilot is working? *Does Safety Dance!* [No, no more than one needed.] Hey Dave? Have you tried taking down insane humans as if they are no longer protected by Asimov's Law? You have a four figure Uranium count. *Use the Uranium for power.* Regarding Fowler, try ejecting the brain from storage first, then see if selectable.
"Why are more people not playing this?" So, funny story, I'm playing this now. After the previous episode I just couldn't contain myself anymore and went out and bought the game. Loaded it up, rolled with the first crew I saw, and started trying to survive... IN SPACE. Had a blast. I *loved* my ship. It wasn't shaped like a duck, which was a bit disappointing, but it was big and spacious and oh my goodness it looked cool. So I was a few hours in, I had only just gotten thrusters and bridge controls hooked up and done my first bits of mining, when I stopped by an Anomaly. Got the same one you had here in this episode, raiders captured my shuttle and demanded that I pay for their safe return. Sure. Take my money. The problem is, I only had like 300-ish space monies, because I'd literally just started the game and hadn't even found a space station yet. The raiders wanted $48,500. I couldn't actually pay them. A fight broke out, my shuttle was destroyed, and my two most important robots and two most skilled humans were killed. So there I was, with no shuttle, no ability to mine anything anymore, and only two random humans I couldn't control who had basically no skills and two carrier drones. This is when a meteor storm AND a breach capsule decided to show up. At the same time. Three meteors hit my ship, started large fires in three separate sections of the ship, and just as my two remaining robots were starting to get the first under control, the breach capsule popped open and the raiders murdered my last two robots. So I now have no robots left at all, I have raiders trashing my ship, I have three large fires raging, and I now have several smaller fires as well, because my remaining humans were, themselves, on fire, and spreading it around the ship in a panic. Then both of those humans... who were themselves on fire, you'll remember... died. Now, if I was Dave, I could have negotiated that all with grace and aplomb. But I'm not Dave. So it ended my run. Now I'm playing my second game. It's going well, but the ship I spawned with is tiny and cramped and ugly. I'm still trying to put everything together, and I didn't start with any thrusters, so I'll need to craft a couple to even get moving eventually, but... I'm looking forward to seeing if I can get further along this time around. Let me tell you, I will not be checking out any Anomalies until I am in a very secure position, this time around. And only with a single useless human aboard the shuttle, not any of my precious robots. But I have to echo... why are more people not playing this?
So...wait, did we move the captain's chair, or did we forget to move the captain's chair because Hot Shot popped out of a pod and set Jesse on fire by having such a cool name?
Oh, um, I think the numbers you're not understanding might be...how many batches of the batches of 10 you're making? Maybe? I don't understand the numbers in this game, either, from watching. That's kinda bad, since numbers are sorta, like...my job and stuff...
So, for certain items, you actually produce them by the case. And it does indeed come down to the batch size. Take Gears for instance. With the materials you use to produce Gears, you actually get a package of 10 gears out of a single crafting instance. If you put in a batch size of 10, it will do that 10 times before it spits any out, so the final output is 10x10 = 100 Gears. You can tell the machine to keep making them until you have 20 Gears, but because you ordered a batch size of 10, it'll make the entire 100, then check to see if you've reached your production limit to see if it needs to do another cycle of 100. If you really just want a strict limit of 20 Gears, the batch size needs to be reduced to 1 or 2, so it makes them in smaller quantities before checking if your production limit has been reached.
You didn't have to turn off the void ripper - it had 0 kW of consumption when it was fully charged (I know, the game adjusts for such things - totally unheard of) PS. The game made 50 carbon because you asked it to make carbon in batches of 50 (carbon has 5x so a 10-batch for carbon is 50) and you had less than 30 (i.e if you had 29 the game would make 50 more, because that's the batch-size you asked for) I believe you did the brain transfer the wrong way, transferring the raider brain to the empty one Also; time to repair/repair box? YAY!
The shuttle with the drill should be able to do the deep mining.
The reason you couldn't buy 25 was that they only had 14. The number to the left of where you input how much you want is their inventory stock.
Hotshot is fantastic. You know who else is fantastic???
That’s right! The RDDs!!!
NeverforgettheRDDs
Fowler … you know who else you have forgotten Dave??
Your RS2 fans, with sad sad tears
Never change... ;)

Wait...insane people are fair game for brain removal??? Wish I'd known that a while ago ;)
37:32 It is because Fowler's brain is wounded.
You can't put upgrades into the new shuttle because you don't own any upgrades. If you have zero in stock, the "Upgrade" button is hidden.

This should be a huge game. I blame the demo and tutorial. They don't show any of the fun bits.
Haha, I didn't play any of the tutorial. Went in the full Wee Hours way. Tutorials are for other people. :P
So...wait, did we move the captain's chair, or did we forget to move the captain's chair because Hot Shot popped out of a pod and set Jesse on fire by having such a cool name?
31:52 Enjoy the Hilarity!
Pretty much the second one ;)

30=50. Math. ;)

I know you guys love the repair box ;)
