Ques 27. Fourth option was allelic exclusion. And the question was different They were how can a cell present both igM and igD on the surface Alternative RNA splicing ?
Good evening sir bt sir in qn. 24 it's asked macrocytic anemia so folic acid also causes it n it absorbs in jejunum so how should it b wrong kindly explain plz
@@drpraveen1603 sir I think jejunum is very important site for folate absorption....stomach Is required for IF, ileum for IF receptor, and jejunum primarily concerned with folate absorption .....but if you cut duodenum primarily iron absorption is hampered.....in question they clearly mentioned only MACROCYTIC......if duodenum was gone PBS showing MICRO and MACROCYTIC both !!
Q24 ) Sir Folic acid absorption will occur from jejunum so if it’s resected macrocytic anemia can occur ? Right ?
Ques 27.
Fourth option was allelic exclusion.
And the question was different
They were how can a cell present both igM and igD on the surface
Alternative RNA splicing ?
Sir the 7th question was not about movement, rather it asked about adhesion and the option was VLA-4
I believe the question was adhesion molecules involved in diapedesis
O
Ferritin level normal range upto 140 was given sir ...not 160
Okay dear thanks
Sir , sirtuins increase Insulin sensitivity and enhance glucose metabolism.
Yes the correction has been done
In second paper ferritin was given very low and other values are same as given then what will be the answer sir¿
GVHD Q , option was T helper cell def..
Okay
In second paper they asked about vaccination and 1 option is only L1 other option are E6,E7 and E1E2 AND E1E2E5E6E7 sir
About how much questions if we get correct, can we expect rank under 500?
In 4th question it was right shift of neutrophils with eosinophilia and basophilia.. I checked it thrice sir
Ans to Q of Sirtuins will be all true
Sir my exam started from 3pm and ended at 6 pm.....how this can be possible?
🤣🤣🤣
Sir is gauchers associated with both hepatosplenomegaly and cns involvment
yes
In class.. Ankur sir told gaucher doesnt have cns involvment
In Robbins, it’s given : type 2 Gauchers - progressive CNS involvement with early death
Okay, thank you.
Q 17 it was amplification of ERBB2 for breast
Sir the age of the boy is 4yr in that anemia question
Sir how many total image based que came
Good evening sir bt sir in qn. 24 it's asked macrocytic anemia so folic acid also causes it n it absorbs in jejunum so how should it b wrong kindly explain plz
actually to chose single best ans, we chose jejunum
I think duodenum will be a better answer because Duodenum =Iron Absorption and resection will certainly lead to Microcytic Anemia.
@@saichintalapati2445 intrinsic factor binds with VitB12 @ duodenum ...so duodenum is important for b12
@@saichintalapati2445 I too thought the same, and marked answer as duodenum
