      One wonders how Polish, or Russian brutality will be. But range officers need not apply and you have to keep score yourself.

    You remind me a lot of one of my history teachers this semester. The good history teacher. The British one, who makes history fun and ambiguous like the history teachers I had in high school who were nice and told history as stories with real people who were mischievous, adventurous, devilish, vengeful, and all other sorts of genuine people.

    I'm glad you did this, especially this most brutal version to this day. Thank you for the graphics as additional info on the stages. I hope your pulled leg thing will get better soon and I'd love to see you in the upcoming desert brutality. More behind the scenes stuff please. Btw...I'll occasionally refer to you as chappie aka the fabulous fab. The best videos in the 'off-season' are those with the mechanical show and tell things you've built. I knew you'd make it after all the training in your backyard.

    Jumping right into a Finnish Brutality match of this challenge is like probably much like starting your swimming career by crossing the Channel.
    Here's to many more Brutality matches for the Chap, and perhaps the saying "the only easy day was yesterday' is appropriate, as the challenges continue.

  • @RonOhio

    Go Chappie! An excellent showing! I can only imagine what Finnish Brutality would have been like for you if you had used a MAS 49-56 with its 10 rounds, and subsequently how much the 540 must have been appreciated when it first landed in French hands.

  • @Yupppi
    @Yupppi 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Congrats! The first 10 seconds of the video were miraculous. The first youtube channel ever where the intro tune is moderate volume and the speech afterwards is well audible if you don't turn your volume up a lot (after you turned it to almost nothing during the intro theme)! Actually very well set, pleasant to watch for that.
    I hope you don't ever have to go to the Lohtaja beaches in the western shore of Finland. People find the sand in their gear even 6 months later.
    You did very well despite all the misfortunes!

      When starting out shooting rifle as a teen I deliberately chose to learn right handed due to the lack of left-handed rifles. For pistol shooting it doesn’t really matter.

      Interesting. I never thought of doing that, I've always just shot rifles "wrong" handed. It obviously works for you because you are a much better shooter than I am.

      I experimented when I was on reset duty for that stage for a whole morning. No problem shouldering from waist height out of the NASU but very hard to do from the ground due to lack of structure of the dummy. IF you manage to sling him on your first try it is indeed great, but if you screw up you’re going to waste precious time trying to correct the hold or change the hold and worse injure yourself trying to balance 60kg at an odd angle. The vast majority chose to play it safe and go for the drag.

    What is the purpose of this activity Chappie? Law enforcement, military training, counter terrorism preparedness, or any other justifiable training in antipersonnel shooting. On this issue I have recently LEARNED, that all of this is documented (on TH-cam) and available for law enforcement to present at trial IF you ever are accused of using your weapons in a murder trial where you were (thinking) you were only defending yourself.
