Dr. Hardik, with reference to Oscillatory Method, what do you mean by mercury column appear and disappear? I thought the mercury is there all along and all it could do is drop. A bit confused here. Thanks.

Oscillation appears mean, when we see oscillation starts, it systolic blood pressure. From this point, we continue to see oscillations as we lower the mercury level. At one point, oscillations disappear, we can't see oscillations, it's diastolic blood pressure. Thanks.

For mine During measuring systole by palpatory method 1st there is very very small (disturbed)pulsation at 130mm hg but at 120 mm hg sharp perfect pulsation seen like beginning of measuring we feel then which value should take into consider tell me sir?
