I play with my spacebar, beaten 31 demons with it and only one with a mouse (The Nightmare). It might just be my over 10 years old mouse but the spacebar is much more suitable for me, and even the up arrow is sometimes good for orb spamming.

The up arrow key is said to have more input lag.
