I was only going to listen for a few minutes so that I can relax, but here I am all the way at the end. I went through a lot in this hour. Sat and watched shapes and images in the shifting kaleidoscope change and turn into stories. I wrote a full plot for a story, something Ive never been able to do. And had my anxiety melt away. Im sure most people aren't listening to this high. But if you are thinking about it, it a transcendental experience. Like wow dude
I've watched at least a full 24 hour days worth of kaleidoscope videos like this over the last couple years while undergoing an alteration of my state of mind, I usually watch a good movie on the comeup and peak then watch these videos while floating back to reality, it's very calming and introspective.

I have chronic insomnia, which can sometimes last for days. Thought I’d try a new tactic … play this vid on my iPad & “CreepyPasta” audio stories on my TV (with dimmed screen & other lights off). Time will tell if it helps, but it’s definitely relaxed me better so far, which is a good start! I’ve subbed to this channel anyway & I plan to keep trying. Hopefully we’ll get there & I’ll catch a few good Z’s yet! 😄💖👌
While watching this it came up to me how much this does me think about love. Love comes from they insinde and if your lover touches you, you get a shiver (like in this video, the outside touches te middle) it makes itsell a little smaller, en then it will explode! ❤😊

I just did a 12 minute kaleidoscope meditation of Dr. Joe’s with the Breathe. I did it twice with my 3 boys beside me in bed. At the end of the second time I let the fire and they witnessed that energy activation in my body. But the meditation was so short that I quickly searched and found this to help me stay in that state in the midst of crazy boys now running around!
