Fathers, I was so pleased to hear you mention the martyrs of la Florida! Recently I went on a very informative tour of the National Shrine of of Our Lady of La Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios in St Augustine, FL. What a blessing to be on such holy ground as “the Sacred Acre” where many faithful Catholics were martyred! It was a truly humbling experience. While there I received a prayer card of a prayer to Mary after Communion. The prayer was written by a Timucuan Native American - found in Explicacion de la Doctrina - compiled by Gregorio Movilla, 1635. The prayer is as follows: “Oh, my Holy Mary, I believe that your Son, My Lord, Who is in heaven, resides entirely in the host after the priest has consecrated it, even though it may be very small or in pieces. Although I do not merit it because I have been and am a sinner, I have confessed the best I can to cleanse my soul and give Him a clean dwelling, though poor, and my body as well since I have neither eaten nor drank anything. But yes, certainly this is little preparation to receive such a great Lord. I come to you, my Queen and Lady. I beg you, His Mother, pray that He pardons me and receives me as yours. Save me from further offending Him and after this life may He raise me up to heaven with you where I may see Him together with you and all the holy men and women. Amen Jesus.”
I just spent a year at the Blessed Stanley Rother House of Formation at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary. He is such an inspirational figure and I can’t wait until I can call him Saint Stanley Rother!
I always learn something from every one of your podcasts. How wonderful to learn more about the Eucharistic Revival, about a group of lay people and priests uniting themselves to another country and Blessed Stanley Rother. Thank you for the inspiration. May God bless all who make this podcast possible.

I had only encountered Blessed Stanley this year for the first time. What a great segment this is and a tremendous tribute to his holy life.
Blessed Stanley Rother, pray for us!
Beautiful, love the saints!
