- A dancing, deflating Pikachu was dragged off stage at the Pokémon World Festival 2017 in South Korea. The 15 seconds of chaos, which involved a team of security guards swarming a staff member, has gone viral with almost 2 million views on TH-cam. The event took place at Triple Street in Songdo, a new built-from-scratch city near Seoul's Incheon airport.

If you look for a longer version of the video, you will see that near the end of the dance, he was reinflated and tried to go back to the performance but while he was walking towards his position, he started deflating again and they had to rush him off the second time.....It was soooo funny, cute, sad and alarming (for the person's safety) all at the same time...

The person in there were kids, hence the increased level of security.
Because the suit was deflating, he would've had a high chance of suffocating, thats why they rushed him.

He was not confused with being a fan, they came because he would have been suffocated by the costume as well
If you look close you can see the first guard trying to drag the other worker off our deflating friend, the lair stuglles for a second as other rush in, the employee says something to the security and then the 1st security who went after the employee moves to block the others for a second before they all rush off together

@@FormerlyKnownAsGN Second guy was CLEARLY pulling the guy in white off of pikachu, something is then said and the first guy in black stops the second and third guys in black for a split second as they all exit stage.
Clearly, guy in white said something to guy in black who mistook him for an interloper, and then everyone realised what was happening.

I'm probably the only one who has a weird creepy feeling from watching a dancing pikachu deflate....but he could of died and....imagine the people watching??!? Random pikachu deflates then people rush him to somewhere and then they came back and he deflated AGAIN I bet that person now has nightmares

One Pikachu costume starts to deflate. Which can be dangerous for the person inside it. Understanding the situation ,the man in white shirt quickly respond and grab the pikachu. To move him somewhere safe. But unfortunately the other security people (man in black coat) doesn't get that . Instead they think the white shirt man is a crazy fan trying to kidnap the pikachu. And try to remove him from pikachu . But after some quick conversation . The security men realise what is happening and help him.
