I did my best to find out why somany people Dislike such a nice video , taken during making such typical and absolutely different Paratha which looks so nice and it will be surly very tasty too i am very confident , but i could not find any reason except one , the Grapes are Sauer . This man is so perfect and full of self confidence , the way he moves , uses his hands , just like an expert who is the master of his creation . His way of treating the matirial is getting the best out of it . It is very hard work and i hope he gets some good earning for making such wonderful and tasty parathas . Not Worth it to even refer to them. Most important thing I am sure this man is happier than any of them. Look how proud he is while doing his job. He feels lucky having a way of earning his living. His heart is peaceful, their is full of hatred. I pity them.

Many people commenting on hygiene. That check cloth he wiping is not his dress, its called 'thorthu mund' he only uses it while cooking. He wears it over trousers or 'dhothie'.he will wash that very well after each use & left it to drain somewhere near the spot. This is the daily routine if he is a good porota man. Personally i know a guy who makes this.

I really liked the way he made these parothas. Not oily but it looks crispy and fluffy. And following his recipe steps, he is able to make them in a very hygienic manner. His ingredients are very simple, I'm sure they'll taste like old school parothas. I could war them anytime of the day. I find parothas nowadays can be overly sweet. If only I can see how he makes his dhal curry and egg parothas.

To be honest,that tossing technique is not that hard.I tried it,and it was my first time,and it worked.You should try too.Its not that hard.What you need is a good dough and confidence.Just look hiw he tosses and try to replicate it.Make sure to apply oil generously before tossing,or it won't work
