Lilly Aswad Why would you plan to have an Epidural if you are healthy ? An Epidural is a major procedure and incurs risk. There are lots of pain management techniques to consider before planning for an epidural .

Nearly 18 weeks and still with severe morning sickness. Soo bad that I hate everything. I get jealous of all these pregnant people in happy mood eating whatever they want. Pray for me that I get better soon.

I just turned 22 weeks today, I am HUNGRY. Every since I hit 20 weeks all I wanted to do was eat, eat, and eat more. I’ve always been one of those people who forget to eat as well so much so I had to track my calories from 7 weeks-20 weeks to actually gain a couple pounds. Now I don’t even need to remember, food is just constantly on my mind, then I had found out I was having a boy and it all made sense
Maybe it’s because I’ve been wanting to get married for a while and wanting to have kids, this video is getting to me 😭 maybe it’s because I’m still young that Allah is giving me time to mature but I really pray that your motherhood journey will be smooth In Shaa Allah 🌸 congratulations once again

I feel you so much I’m 17 weeks now, and I went on a trip to Jamaica when I was about 11 wks and I was so excited to go to the spa and than I found out they didn’t do massages either I was so devastated my hubby went for like 3 massages and I stayed by the pool eating jerk chicken! Loved watching this thanks for sharing! Can’t wait to do a video like this on my channel I haven’t announced my pregnancy at all on social media and I’m still trying to figure out how to make that video! Thanks for your encouragement! 34 weeks here and ftm ! I was the same way, every time I looked in the mirror and at my belly - I was like omg I’m really pregnant. It’s the best throughout the weeks to see how much the belly does grow sabhanAllah. Our bodies are amazing. May Allah make all of our pregnancies easy and have a smooth delivery with no complications .
So happy for you! However, please don't have so many ultrasounds just because you have the chance. Even if they're technically safe, we don't know so much about the process, about what happens with the baby during those weeks. It's better to be safe, you'll see him/her every single minute after giving birth.
Seriously so happy for you! I hope your pregnancy will go well and you'll stay healthy! I just had a baby a bit over a week ago and I'm feeling so blessed because of it!

Thank you for taking us along too early for me to predict for now I will say a girl Inshalla. Enjoy every stage. Funny how everyone is different. I had no nausea at all. I am not sure if it was because I had twins. I did crave a lot though. Beryani was not one of them.

I heard a crazy thing that if you dream you had a girl, then it's a boy and if you dreamed that it's a boy, then it's a girl, it works only before you know the baby's gender by ultrasound.
My sister had a baby girl. Before ultrasound she dreamed several times that it's a boy. Only after ultrasound did she once dream of a girl.

I craved a lot of savory and spicy this pregnancy and it's a girl. Last pregnancy I craved a lot of sweets and it was also a girl. I like looking at these myths too tho!
With my daughter's they always had heart rates over 150 and I was super nauseas.
With my son who did not make it past 16 weeks unfortunately, his heart rate was around 130-140 and I wasn't nauseas at all.
They say heart rate over 140 = girl
Below 140 = boy
So that was right for me haha

Hearing the heart beat of baby brought me back to my pregnancy. The first heart beat is so special al hamdulila. Cherish this moments girly everything just goes so quick. Now I’m witnessing my baby trying to crawl al hamdulila. It’s all just an amazing journey of parenthood. Truly al hamdulila for everything❤️!

The biryani was me pregnant with my daughter, she's 8 months now! But I literally was craving biryani soooooo bad I woke up for fajir and told me husband I want biryani?" and he laughed "with meat or chicken for breakfast?" And at 11 am he brought some. 😍😂😂❤❤

Coconut water is the only thing that helped me with my nausea!! 😩 I couldn’t even drink normal water, I would throw up.. the only thing I could get down my throat was coconut water ❤️
Regarding gummy vitamins please be sure that the iron level in it is sufficient. My ob said that they typically are low in iron. And mabrook. May Allah bless you with a happy healthy baby.
