70-year-old vocal chords there. Unbelievable. I mean, you can hear a difference in his voice from when Paul sang it live in the 1970s. But it's just different ... not better or worse (on this song at least). Unbelievable.
Okay 👍👍..... My most favorite song ever I did a dance to this when I was in school but this is the best video of this song I've seen in a long time I've been to every single concert I could of his and Linda Eastman was my idol as far as photography I love this video thank you for sharing it
When you were young And your heart was an open book You used to say live and let live You know you did You know you did You know you did But if this ever changin' In which we live in Makes you give in and cry Say live and let die Live and let die What does it matter to ya When ya got a job to do Ya got to do it well You got to give the other fella hell You used to say live and let live You know you did You know you did You know you did But if this ever changin' In which we live in Makes you give in and cry Say live and let die Live and let die
I don't know why they did it, but I think it gives the song a sort of epic gravitas the original recording didn't. Not saying the original is bad or anything, but I think the slightly slower one makes for a great live version.
I don't get how any rock artist in the modern Era isn't blind or deaf, they play stadiums of tens of thousands of people with loud-ass music and blaring pyrotechnics. They're almost impervious to flashbangs at that point
Paul sorry for that, Ím a 90 th kid , I thought it was guns n roses song but it was yours my apologies you are definitely my Godfather and not Axl what a fuck thanks sir.
Love it but still irritated by the extra "in". It's bugged me for about 40 years! There's ways around, while still making it scan. Such as, " and if this ever- changing world (-short pause-) which we live in" or, "and if this ever-changing world in which we li-ve" He is still a living legend never the less
The G&R version already sounds pretty dated based on their sound - kinda like how you can easily pick out a hair metal band from the 80's... The original, especially in this case, is timeless...
50% Paul McCartney fans

100% Kick ass song
The man is a legend he’s so young in his head you don’t realise he’s Almost 80!
@@Aderin. I love the man 81 this year! He’s like Peter Pan, very best of regards to you and yours for the new year.

Paul McCartney - 'Live & Let Die' 9.7 of 10.0 points. Excellent, congratulation!
The 2nd highest worldwide!
Living Legend
With McCartney, you get a concert and a fireworks show. I highly recommend it.
He sounds amazing here!!
He seemed to always struggle with this song in recent years, but he nailed it this time!! 🙂
Paul always sounded younger than his actual age up until 2014. He's still pulling off 2:45hr shows amazingly for his age!
Bond always had some of the greatest musicians ever for the themes
and he was the first MALE to ever sing a James Bond Theme, it was always women
@@patticrichton1135 the First was Tom Jones with Thunderball
The best song from him from the 70s with the truest motto:
LIVE AND LET DIE !!!
So beautiful the bond he has with Abe and the rest of the band.... this guys felt in heaven playing for paul since 2001....
They just recently played their 500th show together. That’s more than any other lineup McCartney has had, including Wings.
@@mde944 maybe the Beatles as well? 😱
@@cotymixes5699 Even The Beatles. Pretty amazing to think about.
@@mde944 thanks for letting TH-cam know about this haha. Cheers from south america

He sounds amazing. He's a gift to humanity.
god, they all look like they're having so much fun. i wanna see this song live before paul dies.
I’ve seen him do it twice. It’s better than you’re imagining.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Love the rockout moment after the chorus

There is only one Paul McCartney.

Deliciously delicious, exciting, wonderful, engaging! Paul for ever, and, of course, by table...The Beatles, too, of course!!!

When ya got a job to do
Ya got to do it well
You got to give the other fella hell

Rad!
paul mccartney el unico
Masterpiece.
Who's the drummer, anyons know ? He rips it up !
.
The drummer is Abe Laboriel
This band has been with him since 2001 and they are the best he's ever had, the possible exception being the Wings 1976 lineup!! 🙂
🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Weird how they slowed down the tempo

What a perfect song
old paul mccartney sounds like a 20 year old
Macca
Live and Let Die, what a weird weird song
I wish Paul Mccartney could make the sad version for this
Why's that?.
@@SHEVCHENKOFAN18 Well, for me, the song goes sad, than happy, then sad, and so on.
I definitely need some soy Sause with this won.

Isn't it: "But if this ever changing world
In which we're living
Makes you give in and cry" ??
Now that’s what I call underwhelming
I’m being sarcastic if anyone reads this and is confused.
this tune is out of time ...
Those people in crowds are just a bunch of hired actors lol
I feel the Guns n Roses version is better. 💪
The fire was too much, hated the performance.
Axl Rose did it better.
You're joking right? I will say Axl Rose tried to do a decent cover on the vocals of this classic rock song but his high pitch ruined it.
Paul Mccartney did it better and you know that’s a fact
Yes, that is 100% a fact... Axl does do it better! GN'R's cover is way better too!
The G&R version already sounds pretty dated based on their sound - kinda like how you can easily pick out a hair metal band from the 80's... The original, especially in this case, is timeless...
Axwl Rose sing like shit.
