A bit of context: -"Nanja monja" is a card game. Each card has a different character on them and every time a new character appears one of the players gives it a name. Whoever says the name of the character first when they appear again gets as many points as cards are on the table (so if the recurring character appeared 4th in a round, then the player gets 4 points) Hope this makes sense w -Remember that Shellin debuted as a part of "Tulip-gumi" (Tulip group) with Sukoya and Hayase and this collab happened 4 months after his debut, so it sort of makes sense? That he didn't have any guys he was particularly close with, since his douki are both girls
His "real" score was actually 32 lol he was losing so bad at the beginning that the pushed to get "special" rounds just so he could get more points. At the end Gwelu had this "extra special" round worth 1 hundred million points and Shellin happened to win it
