This Video makes me wanna be more of a morning person, but usually I get up like 20 minutes before I need to leave, take 30 minutes to get ready and then just zoom down the autobahn to the station going 200kph trying to beat the GPS. 😅

What kind of runs do yall typically run? For some reason in my mind other than medical there wouldn’t be many calls. What shift rotations do yall run 24 on 48 off?
We run pretty much everything but the volume is very low! Our typical runs are medical or structurals where we have to silence the smoke alarms. Wildlands pop off in the summer time! We do 48/48 rotations with 2 Kelly days a month

Sure, not at the firehouse (depends though where you work whether they’d allow it or not). But like personally sure, I have a husband who takes care of my dog while I’m gone☺️
@@kirakphillips462 You are cooking with gass, you need low heat and always use oid in the pan. I was a DOD fire fighter for 17 1/2 years at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Kittery Maine. I was medicly retired after a arson fire on the USS MIAMI. Im living the life threw you now lol. I did a press confrence on national news and it scared the shit out of me give me a burning submarine or building any day over a cam HAHAHAHA. Be safe Kid.

How often does the Air Force fire protection MOS get deployed?
Right now it’s quite often. I don’t have an exact amount one person can deploy but people usually are going out every 6 months

What happens if you get a run when you're on your run? That really delays response time if you're a couple miles away from the house!
