what makes the PDR-C good in my opinion is the range it might be similar to the P90 but the P90 has zero range when i use it (maybe i am just bad xD)

It's not just you, the P90 has the lowest range of all the primaries in the game (right now). The thing that helps it compete at longer ranges is the high fire rate and big mag size to spam longer
