Placing a large order in advance is a bad idea. They will make a couple at a time between counter order. Most of your large order will be pieced together and kept under the heat lamp until the order is piece milled together. Some of the burgers will be fresh, but most will have sat under the heat lamp for a while. They won't like it but just walk in and place your order. Stand near the counter and watch what happens.
