It does work. Focus on yourself,heal and let go him or her. And they do come back when you don't expect it. Don't think about them and be happy in your life. Don't force the thoughts,let your thoughts come naturally about him or her. The universe knows what you want and will get your ex back. Just live your life to be happy without them.

That's what I have been doing for the last month or so..I finally took my ex off of the pedestal...I decided to put myself first..blocked him and his rebound on Facebook...don't text him..don't talk to him...don't email him..and even if he doesn't talk to me anymore..Im finally ok with it...I am way more important, and if he cant see that, its his loss.

Omg I am going through the same. In the past I have done this. It took time to get over them forgot about the guy. Unexpectedly the asso texts and calls me for dates but by then I was over him and sooo better without. I have a few ex's still trying to contact me or are contacting me in every way. No thanks! I moved on. They never was never able to find someone better me so they come back but NO THAnKs! Bye! Peace! Now I am going through it again. I seems to get a little easier when you learn from the past relationship.

Raquel love Sounds too good to be true after what I have experienced myself so far. I do self-love meditation 2x a day for about a month now and feel much better and more confident and aligned. Yet, reaching out to her -while being blocked everwhere possible - ended in a desaster. She doesn’t want to see me, she doesn’t want to talk on the phone, she accidentially only texts me, after and before being blocked again. BTW: Nothin ‘serious’ happened during the 1.3 years of the LDR. I kept my calm all the time while she‘s panicking.. What exactly is this behavior? And what has my good vibrations got to do with this?

Thank you I needed to hear this tonight. Been thinking too much on why he’s been ignoring my texts and been distant from me lately. Best advice! whenever you start thinking of them, think of yourself, whenever you start missing them and wishing they were with you to make them happy, start thinking of your own happiness and care about your own well being, you are important and codependency needs to be strayed away from.

Had a one month long situationship blocked for four months. I know it's wrong but I caught feelings and he seemed more casual. I blocked without explaining why. Unblocked two weeks ago then started trying to manifest him back and I got a request. I was so happy. I accepted it and asked how he's doing. He left me on delivered. Lol. Time to take a break from social media.

Good perspective. We sometimes need to reawaken ourselves to face the mirror. This perspective can be applied to various types of different relationships. Sometimes life manipulates our very own feelings of self. We may be under the illusion that we find true happiness in by what others bring to our lives, when really it all begins with ourselves and who , or what , we have fallen into being. We need to love ourselves and be our own best friend first. Not narcissistically, but realizing we need to heal our thinking and believe in our own worth , instead of needing someone else to validate that to us.

to talk to you any more when you silently go on about your life. Most people who ghost you do not have such magical
psychic powers and we should not idealize them in that way either. All the same, you will feel better by going
on about your life and if they do call you, you will certainly show up better.
Yes, but you will change you vibration, and you will not give off a desperate vibe, you will gain an auta of mystery and power, which will make you more attractive, which in turn may intrigue/attract this person, and others as well. So there is something to this.
