I’m a morning person, but it’s usually hard to wake up- I blame that I don’t want to go to work… looking into other options, so hopefully that changes. Lol. But I’m usually pooped out by 9-10… can’t stay up, my body won’t let me… and I’m cool with that. I have been back at the gym, so I’ve been waking up at 4am, to be there by 5… so hopefully it will get easier on me since I enjoy the gym life! ❤ you did great this week, I’m happy for you. Definitely give us updates, you already wake up early so be proud of yourself! ❤
I was the exact same way!! I had to be at work by 7:30am in Boston & I HATED it since I wasn’t happy at my job. I literally had no morning routine but to shower, drink coffee and bounce out the door 😂 This all changed once I left that job, so I hope you find something you love doing so your mornings will be something you look forward to! But you waking up at 4am despite not being a morning person is already so amazing!! Once your body gets used to it, I bet it will get easier!!♥️
I wake up at 7.30ish am. I have had times in the last 2 years that I was consistently getting up 6am and I got more done and felt more energized but I can't sustain it though, I always end up back to 7.30a

Honestly it can sometimes take a while to become a morning person, I used to hate waking up early but then my body got used to it!
