Being Honest About My Past | My Eating Disorder Story

Hey guys...
I try to be open about my mental health on all my social media platforms (and sometimes a bit too much lol), but I finally feel ready to share this.
Please be kind - I was sceptical as to whether I would ever be ready to talk about this and it's taken a lot of courage for me to do so. But so many people are out there suffering in silence and it needs to be broken.
It's ok not to be ok!
2023 is going to be the year I learn to take care of myself more, and do what's best for me, instead of trying to keep up with everyone else! Make sure it is for you too xx
