I was NOT expecting Celica to be the next emblem at all, as the SoV collector, I have to get her but I hate these unsparkable banners so much, my orbs are especially tied at the moment because I’m trying to go for the summer Robin merge project that’s literally a week from today, I’m at 1400+ orbs at the moment with some left from story and paralogue so I’m hoping for a miracle That aside, I underestimated her emblem effect at first since it was just warping, but I took a moment and thought this is actually really insane, cuz the opportunity cost for a warp effect hat far is very low compared to every other slot Available, and like you said most modern characters have slaying effect so the oppounity cost for marth emblem effect is lowered because of that She came at an unfortunate timing for me personally but I’m so happy that she’s finally here as an emblem unit

When I saw E!Celica's reveal, I knew she'd be good thanks to her warping and emblem effect, and the fact she's also good for both AR Offense and Defense, as well as Summoner Duels of all things, makes me want to summon her even more.
Here I thought Celica was going to have the Hel/Harken warp but a little different because she's ranged and will deal chip damage in exchange for extra damage on her emblem ring but she is much better and scarier than i had imagined 💀
E!Celica is like a full package deal. You basically got a strong nuke that is good for many game modes and team builds, not to mention the warping is super good, and the blue color sharing is definitely good.
What "team builds"? You're just gonna use the most degenerate trash available lol. Compete with the book 1 garbage and make them work before claiming that.

Made so much sense. Other than that, E!Celica is going to be so good with my new HoF L!Marth build, along with my buffed up At!Ceada build.
I figured they were going to go in order... but Ike was their second one. Micaiah would be next if the original plan was to come, probably as a staff unit... Still, Celica is just as ridiculous as I imagined she'd be. She'll make a fine collection to strike fear in PVP... especially for those who have fixed canto...

I'm interested to see if Celica's Emblem Ring can act as a pseudo-WoM for units that can't run it like B!Gullveig and Edelgards in AR-O, could open some new strategies against lower threat range teams! Also it's been 84 years but Legendary Edelgard finally has an Arena-scoring viable method to fix her mobility 😅
Ivy is my merge project, attuned caeda is someone I don’t have and emblem celica is the debut unit. There’s no reason not to go for blue unless you want to wait as to what’s next in the summer banners. Overall blue is bringing ragnarok to feh and suddenly gatekeeper and myrrh are working overtime now.
Im excited to throw Celicas ring on my Timerra, she hits so hard when she special procs and one of the things holding her back before was her lack of range

Ok for some reason I don't understand why Resonance 4 is good. Like I just don't see what it's doing that Tempo 4 can't do? And since Tempo 4 doesn't make you lose HP, I feel like it's better. Is 6-12 extra damage really that worth it?? lol
Celica is going to be super annoying, and I think her engage effect is going to be crazy too. Even though the engaged units can be stopped by warp bubble etc. I feel like they won't be any more common than they are at present, since warping is already super powerful with things like super guidance etc. but only v!myrrh is used regularly - even gatekeeper I rarely see.
I think the warping will be super nice for units that get multiple actions on attack. W;Edelgard’s worst quality is her movement type so her being able to pretend she has reliable 4 movement is insane. Not to mention she synergies well with the damage boosting effect. But also there are units like Gullveig who inflict gravity on themselves and now they can just teleport.
AoE specials are already broken enough without needing to give them true damage all the time. The fact Scowl skills don't even work against AoEs, the one situation where Scowl skills should be an ironclad counter, is so ridiculous
In case you lack the game's strongest or most bs units then the solution would be to have two capable tanks at the ready or have an extremely hard-hitting galeforce WoM team.

Being a new player, I think you should spend some time the direction you want to head with your summons but Emblem heroes like her are going to be good for your entire barracks so you could go for her if you really want but without FEH pass it will always be risky since you can't spark her after 40 summons.

Seriously, dupes in this game are so worthless that you'll only ever see them as fodder or more wasted orbs.
Honestly I really don't like Resonance all that much. Giving her Magical NFU + maybe even Breath of Life 4 seems a much more consistent piercing then with Resonance. It really is more a great WoM beacon set up.
i will be the guy dat will skip 3 emblem ring characters in these banners, non sparkable banner i will 100% skip (i got my attune Micaiah from spark only and no other focus unit also from the banner, also when i first pull rearmed Ingrid, i used more than 250 orbs for just one copy coz dat time was not sparkable) so i will only pull sparkable banners as f2p
Ah yes, the only thing that can counter this unit doesn't work on her! celica + embla = game is unplayable, assuming there are even armors that can tank her in the first place...

But the ceiling for this gacha game specifically is lower compared to other games, not arguing that what they're doing is good mind you but it's really easy enough. You're just overplaying how bad it is that's all, for example: it's not monthly, seeing as all relevant units atm have been available for many months now, and their bare minimum is enough. You only truly have trouble if you have start having merge projects or you're investing in building a favorite. But if you mindlessly just go for meta units you'd be easily able to do that, which is not possible in other gacha games.

In case you lack the game's strongest or most bs units then the solution would be to have two capable tanks at the ready or have an extremely hard-hitting galeforce WoM team.

Being a new player, I think you should spend some time the direction you want to head with your summons but Emblem heroes like her are going to be good for your entire barracks so you could go for her if you really want but without FEH pass it will always be risky since you can't spark her after 40 summons.

Just 1 copy. Even though it's an Emblem Hero, merges are largely not that important on these kinds of premium units for most players.

@@josefernandez7376Merges lost their value a year ago when they made every duo & harmonic unit score way higher even at +0 and even at move types with low scoring (cavs as an example), getting one copy is fine for all your needs. Seriously, dupes in this game are so worthless that you'll only ever see them as fodder or more wasted orbs.

Honestly I really don't like Resonance all that much. Giving her Magical NFU + maybe even Breath of Life 4 seems a much more consistent piercing then with Resonance. It really is more a great WoM beacon set up.

i will be the guy dat will skip 3 emblem ring characters in these banners, non sparkable banner i will 100% skip (i got my attune Micaiah from spark only and no other focus unit also from the banner, also when i first pull rearmed Ingrid, i used more than 250 orbs for just one copy coz dat time was not sparkable) so i will only pull sparkable banners as f2p

@@reishiki8682you can literally get ike or other op units as a f2p player. And be able to easily keep up with the meta, assuming youre not going for building favorites or merge projects. Just manage your resources better man.

@@superbuneary8819You're only doing that to do the absolute bare minimum of those cesspool of PvP modes, and even then you'll still be investing on a "meta-check" unit. Monthly. Which no sane player would undergo unless they're too deep in the hole to stop.
I don't have Ike but blue but i can check him readily enough, doesn't mean i can cakewalk any team that has him.
@@reishiki8682 I get that the meta is so fast and I agree. But the ceiling for this gacha game specifically is lower compared to other games, not arguing that what they're doing is good mind you but it's really easy enough. You're just overplaying how bad it is that's all, for example: it's not monthly, seeing as all relevant units atm have been available for many months now, and their bare minimum is enough. You only truly have trouble if you have start having merge projects or you're investing in building a favorite. But if you mindlessly just go for meta units you'd be easily able to do that, which is not possible in other gacha games.
