1) probably over 100b including mostly 21* gear, cubing good wse and pots, and 180% equipment drop gear! It's definitely overkill compared to regular hlomien mules that can do comfortable 15-20 minute runs with 19* gear (like my lara and adele) 2) no one can convince me that arcanes are better than absos on mules UNLESS somehow you are going for bm solos on a mule which then 21-22 arcanes will be worth. My 40k NL with a ror2 and 21* absos comfortably 3 bursts hdam which is quite insane. If you really think about it 21* absos = 19* arcanes but unless you're able to get luwill and ctene carries for months just for a chance for box drops (if you're waiting for boss droplets it will still take a couple months, 12 lucid droplets = 1 spare a month) for 5 set arcane and then PRAY your arcanes dont boom going to 19* and have to wait another month for a spare. Compared to if you go absos where you basically have infinite spares with pensalir -> RA shop and magnus glove fodder and you aren't time gated for the same amount of strength.
