I have a question for your dad, whenever you get a chance to ask him:
I don't have a very close relationship with my parents and I've tried going to therapy with my mom to better that relationship but it's still struggling to trust them and even wanting that close relationship anymore. So I'm wondering what advice he has on bettering that relationship and allowing myself to open up to them?
