      I don't eat hot dogs at all anymore. I just got surgery because I had breast Cancer. There are somethings I still need to quit eating or drinking. They should stop putting aspartame in the diet soda.

      But there are so many more chemicals in our foods now. Pesticide’s and other chemicals are given to farm animals now. Unless your sure to eat pasture raised eggs and grass fed beef and chicken.

    Many of these would actually be OK to eat IF they were produced without pesticides, herbicides,
    And various artificial chemicals, then cooked properly and eaten in moderate quantities.
    Life is meant to be enjoyed and savored, not rushed through blindly.

    My mom ate all the above except grilled vegetables and she live up to 95, but she doesn’t consume alcohol or smoke in her entire life if not because of a fall she will definitely make it to a 100 easily ✌🏼

    It seems everything now is hazardous to our health. Even the air we breath, the water we drink,the same elements that keep us alive is already not on our side. Maybe we should just accept the reality that life is really temporary. Nobody lives forever. At the moment we just have to make the most of the life we have. Just enjoy life whenever we have a chance.

    You can eat all you want as long as it's in moderation. Eating fries once a week won't kill you. School lunches are pretty bad in the US and not much is done about it.

      If it causes that much stress, gotta change your environment. Move to a blue zone country like costa rica where the land is rich in volcanic soil and organic food is cheaper than regular food sold in the U.S. I travel often and find that I lose weight and feel less bloated while eating the same amount in these countries. The FDA is for sale to the highest bidder and does not look after Americans. You're literally poisoning yourself.

    I disagree with you on your dairy products. The difference is organic and grass fed vs non. The prebiotic compounds in some yogurts are essential to healthy gut-brain connecting biological processes. Unfortunately for me, I fell into the trap of these generalized videos and got sick. My gut balance had been thrown upside down and I took a gut biome test. The test revealed I'm one of those people that cannot do the cashew, coconut, etc. pre/probiotic fads. My body does not respond in an inflammatory fashion with dairy...so these generalized statement videos are sometimes dangerous. Get yourself a gut and inflammation/allergy test and go from there.

    I use soya cream and my favourite plant milk is Hemp milk. I also make Sesame milk by soaking white, hulled sesame seeds in water, rinsing, blending and straining the mush which can be eaten too.

      There are plenty of foods you can eat. I agree with everything on this list. There are cleaner options. The stuff you buy at popular grocery stores is crap. Go to a farmers market. Use honey or stevia instead of sugar, grass fed beef instead of regular beef (lean cuts), Wild caught seafood over farm raised seafood, uncaged chicken over caged chicken etc. Fresh or frozen veggies over canned veggies. Nonfat yogurt vs flavored yogurt. Almond milk (or other alternatives) over diary milk. air fried foods vs oil fried foods. It's way too many options, just do some research. I'm 47 and the only thing my doctor tells me is take more vitamin D.

    Eat whole real foods and not processed. That's easy. Go low meat meaning beef once a week. Eat more fish, beans, natural whole grains. Stews and bean soups are delicious! Salads and vegetables cooked in ways you like them. Saute garlic and onions in a drizzle of olive oil until it is pearly in recipes but don't fry food. Bake and roast foods instead of frying. It's easy and giving up sugar is very easy once you go without sugar for 1 week. One week is what it takes to withdraw from sugar. After that you will have no cravings nor any sweet tooth.

    Basically reduce carbs, sugars, fructose, starchy foods as much possible< 10% of total diet. Stick to fatty meats, cruciferous vegies and heaps of tumeric, garlic, black pepper, ginger, ACV, cardamom.

    Garlic is amazing to cleanse the body, and reduces risks of cancer, especially if you eat it raw in salads, i know its hard to eat it, but your body will thank you greatly

    Genetics definitely play some role. My grandmother smoked like a chimney and lived to 90. My stepfather never smoked, and yet died of lung cancer at 60. Edit: after reading about red meat, it appears there's no conclusive link between it and colon cancer. This study of course was criticized, not because it was flawed, but because "of ignorance of the study regarding the effects of farm animals and climate change". There's nothing wrong with being concerned about climate change or animal ethics, but don't lie about the science of nutrition and cancer.

      There is no evidence of red meat causing cancer what so ever. Often non-processed meat is deliberately mixed with processed meat, which has a lot more ingredients some linked to cancer promotion. Climate change and animal ethics is behind vegan push which is often funded by sugar industry. Blaming the red meat and the saturated fat is a key propaganda, started over 50 years ago.

      Anything that is burned, grilled or fried can cause cancer, acrylamide is formed through extreme heat for prolonged duration to the point that the food has burnt parts. Simply, just eat the part that is not burnt at all, acrylamide is formed from burnt ashes.

Stuck to a carnivore diet for a long time and as a carnivore I will continue. When eating vegetables and carbie foods I feel gassy and bloated farting all the time. That is not a good sign.

    You can eat most anything as long as you to a deep clean or cleans weekly or bi-weekly. If it doesn't stay in your system and bowls it can't hurt you. But most people that cleanse regularily feel better and just eat better as your system after a cleanse might react like a laxative when you start eating more unhealthy again. In other cultures that have less cancer than the US, cleansing is an intrical part of many Asian and Polynesian diets.

    It is becoming so difficult to know what to eat as everything seems to have so many chemicals added. Also we all react differently to many things. I have a sister-in-law who is now 99 years old and has been quite a heavy smoker since she was 16 years old. Wouldn’t even smoke filter tips when they came - just the basic ones. She is away with the fairies now but has no lung or heart problems so go figure!😮

    Every food has some risk of causing cancer. So does exposure to pathogens, radiation etc. What I would like to see is a verifiable degree of risk which is not stated in many of these videos. How bad are the natural dairy products really? Are we in that much danger from them? Wouldn't the benefits outweigh the 'possible' risks?

    At the end of the day we have to eat and drink, maybe focus more on the countless cosmetic products out there that consumers apply to their bodies most of which are full of chemicals with long difficult names. Take up petitions with your Congressman or Congresswoman in your State in order to get laws passed to protect your food supply from these harmful additives and chemicals.
