Demolition, Sid, Cornette, Earthquake, Regal, Bad News Brown are all great mentions. Bruce Pritchard maybe for worlds biggest stooge. How about Iron Mike Sharpe for being the worlds greatest jobber (and Canada's greatest athlete)
The two inductions I would really disagree with here, are Vince McMahon and Dynamite Kid. Vince for the simple reason of all of the controversy that forced him out of the company and that's come out since. He gave a very creepy answer about whether he raped Rita Chatterton, recorded before she eventually got a very large settlement. And I suspect there's far more about to come out with the Janel Grant lawsuit. Plus the timining of the pick couldn't have been any worse, given that he's been named in yet another sexual assault lawsuit. This time along with Linda, being accused of knowingly allowing former head of ring crew and ring announcer Mel Phillips to sexually abuse underage boys during the 1980s. Dynamite meanwhile was an example of how not to be a wrestler. How not to carry yourself in a locker room. How not to work safely. And how not to carry yourself outside of the business. His outside habits frankly are up there with Jimmy Snuka in that they should forever disqualify him. Most notably holding a gun to his sleeping wife's head, and telling her "one day this will be loaded" when she woke up. Or beating the absolute shit out of her and dislocating her jaw, as well as repeatedly pointing a gun at her in front of their kids. The only way I want to hear Dynamite's name in a Hall of Fame induction, is if when they ever get round to inductiong the Rougeau Brothers, someone presents Jacques with a roll of quarters. For a wrestler who worked for the WWE and was far more beneficial in influencing the modern cruiserweight style, I'd induct Dean Malenko instead. Other potential nominees. Jazz, as she arguably was one of the key players in moving the WWE women's matches out of being T&A fests in late 2001, to having the title contested in proper matches that were worth watching. William Regal seems a no-brainer for the Hall of Fame. As would Fit Finlay for both his in-ring contributions, to actually teaching the women (and others) how to wrestle.
Jim Johnston doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Jim Cornette bloody hell another one and hopefully he gets one soon his acceptance speech would be unreal.
Al Snow Raven Lance Storm Ultimo Dragon Scott Norton Bam Bam Bigelow Owen Hart (Apologies if some of these guys are already in there. Haven't been keeping an eye on it for a while)
No apologies needed, they’re not there and none of them should be except maybe Bam Bam and Owen. The rest of them are just a bunch of mid-carders that are barely a footnote in wrestling history
Well… I think a lot of folks get confused. Yes this is an athletic endeavor but it is also a teleplay. So the HOF is like an Emmy and a promotion. So Vince belongs there..
So far, I'm half way through. I had to say something about sable. My memory is shaky around that time period but I don't think she is quite HOF material. She wasn't a wrestler or a manager. She was the 1st woman who transition from female manager or wrestler to sexy diva. She got naked or almost got naked a lot. Her run was a little over a year. Besides getting naked and being sexy, what else has she done? Not much in the less than 2 years she was popular. Feel free to correct if I'm wrong.
I’ve heard that Martha has strictly forbid the WWE from putting Owen into the HoF. Not sure if that is true but that fact that she is willing to work with AEW and not WWE says a lot.
Rick Martel, Adrian Adonis, Bam Bam Bigelow, Jim Cornette's Midnight Express 🎾 Mike Rotunda, Hercules and Lex Luger should all be in... the WWE Hall of Fame has absolutely no credibility ...these guys were all incredible back in the day 👍
We grew up on Denucci and Parisi (based in Toronto) at the Aud in the Buffalo NY area; you could get over the Peace Bridge and Rainbow Bridge easily between Canada and US back in the day.
I agree with all of your picks except Sable. She was just something for Lawler and Vince to get excited about. I would say Woman (Nancy) deserves induction and is not there yet for the same reason as Liz which is just bad feelings about how they died. I would add AJ Lee as female talent and Cyndi Lauper in the celebrity wing. For males, absolutely the ones you mentioned along with Jim Johnston who wrote countless memorable theme songs, Haku, and several of your honorable mentions I think are more than worthy including Bam Bam Bigelow, Rick Martel, Kamala, King Kong Bundy, Lex Luger, and William Regal. I agree with you that Owen never made it to the biggest stage, but maybe could get in as a Warrior award or legacy induction. IRS made it as part of US Express last year. Nikita Koloff, Hercules, Nasty Boys, Earthquake I wouldn't be mad about either way. If we are going to open it up to referees, you have to start with Tommy Young, Joey Marella, the Hebners, Nick Patrick, and Pee Wee Anderson.

Sable deserves her flowers 💐 😍 no other woman can come close to the Diva of WWF/WWE
Barry horowitz and the brooklyn brawler deserve a place i think give respect to the job guys that made the stars look good 👍
Is Barry not in? I actually thought he was
@alcheman12 he may be?? Think he deserves to be though was a great worker despite his loss record
No not in but should be@alcheman12
@@alcheman12Barry is not in. Last year he was inducted into New England wrestling hall of fame but yet to have a WWE hof induction
And iron Mike sharpe.
Brian Pillman, Lex Luger, Sid, Koloff, Demolition, Cyndi Lauper, Owen Hart, Spiros Arion, Genichiro Tenryu, Ken Patera, Jim Johnston, Bam Bam, Regal, Martel, Tajiri, Sabu
Cyndi lauper
Getting a bouquet was a term used in call centres years ago. Interesting septics use ‘flowers.’
I pretty much agreed with all those names, Surprised there was no mention Haku and Barbarian or even The Mountie
You make good points.
11:19 I actually assumed that Sable was already in the HOF.... How could she not be??
Nice list! I'll add Sean Mooney, Todd Pettingil, Jack Tunney, Joey Morella, The Rockers, Reggie Parks.
Ted Turner is fine. He's famous, which is what the hall is about. Question is would he be a better fit for the celeb wing?
If you would have asked me, I would have guessed Sable was already in. Uncle Ivan should definitely be in. The Russian bear from Canada. RIP Ivan!
Jim Johnston doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Jim Cornette bloody hell another one and hopefully he gets one soon his acceptance speech would be unreal.
Dino Bravo, Rick Martel, Rougeau Brothers, One Mang Gang, King Kong Bundy, King Curtis and Haku.
Al Snow
Raven
Lance Storm
Ultimo Dragon
Scott Norton
Bam Bam Bigelow
Owen Hart
(Apologies if some of these guys are already in there. Haven't been keeping an eye on it for a while)
No apologies needed, they’re not there and none of them should be except maybe Bam Bam and Owen. The rest of them are just a bunch of mid-carders that are barely a footnote in wrestling history
It’s a shame to see some of these guys only get the praise they deserve after their deaths.
Well… I think a lot of folks get confused. Yes this is an athletic endeavor but it is also a teleplay.
So the HOF is like an Emmy and a promotion.
So Vince belongs there..
Demolition regardless of all the lawsuits and BS.
hey James, what type of camera are you using for the pod? its great quality!
OJ is in the nfl hof. Benoit should be in the wwe hof. It's not a Hof for morality
I’ve heard that Martha has strictly forbid the WWE from putting Owen into the HoF. Not sure if that is true but that fact that she is willing to work with AEW and not WWE says a lot.
GRAND WIZARD ,KEN PATERA ,SID VICIOUS ,STAN HANSEN ,THE FABULOUS ONES AND THE MIDNIGHT EXPRESS ALL MEMBERS
Not just lawler and vince you have to say every straight male audience which is the largest wwe fanbase at the time and still is in ratio for its time dudes just love sable on their screen its true its damn true !
@@UltimateFarmer007 So she's hall of fame worthy? I think you need talent for that.
@@jasonbink5276 no i dont think she is but she did big business for wwe thats a thing but if she is not then torrie wilson and stacy keibler also not worthy cuz they also have no talent just there as an eye candies
