This winning mentality is priceless long-term. This must be nurtured from this age and academy success brought through to the first team. Players who have an inate knowledge of how to win and an expectation that they can do so as they've done before. COYS!

As a Spurs supporter, I'll happily accept the win, as the lads have consistently played some outstanding football throughout the season. However, Sunderland showed some great skill and were unlucky on a number of occassions, and it could have ended up as a really high-scoring game. Well done to both teams...... but especially Spurs. COYS!!!
Can't say Spurs don't deserve it. Showing the first team how it's done, and 100% some of these players should be in that team next season.
At least as back up, no point spending a load of money on squad players, need youngsters for the home grown quotas anyway if a few English trained players leave.

@franzreyes6185 Probably not ready to play a lot in the first team but they could have the odd half in the easier europa league games or 15 to 20 mins when 2-0 vs relegation candidates. Spurs lately have mostly just loaned the youth to death, that was happening with Kane until Sherwood came in & Levy was trying to get him to play Soldado. Doesn't need to be loads of youth players through, just about 3, 3 or 4 quality signings & around 8 players out.
Spurs ended the league on top, just give them the trophy already. What with this play-offs??

it's an academy competition. the purpose is to buid experience. this adds a knockout competition element. more growth
It's woke nonsense..you've won fair and square but it's not fair another team didn't win too..total bollix and not representing what will happen if they get to the Big Leagues
At least finishing top earned us top seeding and the home field advantage helped us navigate our way to winning the while thing outright anyway, so yes, they tried but they failed 😉 reinforced that they were the best team overall despite only crawling into the league because of the new changes, so it kinda worked both ways, we weren't relegated and ended up winning the whole shebang... TWICE!! 😅

Agree, but Kane only got his chance when adebayor went AWOL and soldado was up to no good.. if Richi, son, Kulu, madders, Solomon etc are fit and in form it'll be a tough call to drop a senior player.. as good as some of these lads are, it's a big physical step up to senior level
