    Articulable suspicion is key and must be proven. We the people are entitled to our rights that are secured to us by the bill of rights.

    So, how about a Motion to Suppress because the officer did not see me driving. The car was parked in a public parking lot. 2 witnesses said they had seen me acting erratically.

      reliable 3rd party witness statements are acceptable to give a police officer reasonable suspicion to investigate you for DUI.

    What if you're pulled over for driving while suspended and no other reason...Just that the cop ran my plates....and it was a cop from another city/jurisdiction... He gave me a citation and made me sign it...He said I would go to jail if I didnt
