Please help me get my gun right back my charge is 40 years old

Is there a certain form to complete for legal separation? There's no property, children or support involved. Never lived together under the same roof and only married for 4 months.

I just had a 40 year old conviction expunged in California and the Oregon State Police still demand to see a copy of the PD report before allowing me to buy a gun. The crime doesn't match their prohibitive guidelines.

Problem: we have two people willing to testify the DMV's assumption is incorrect.

The time has come to hold the state accountable for the accidents directly caused by the interlock devices requiring being interacted with while the vehicle is moving. Anybody struck by such a vehicle should add the state as a defendant to the resulting damage claim. Nothing less will get this dangerous design error corrected.

I am facing disorderly conduct domestic abuse. The prosecutor want me to plead guilty no contest and just have to pay fine and court cost. My worries is I’m just a green card holder of 10 years. How this can affect my situations if I plead guilty no contest?

I’m not a felon but loosing your rights even though you served your sentence is literally cruel and unusual punishment. With so many things falling under the felony umbrella, this is abuse of power.

This is kinda a scam. An officer can arrest you for anything, even if it's completely ridiculous and unwarranted. It might not even make it court, but it always shows up on your background check, unless you pay money and time you shouldn't have to, they should correct their own mistake for free, without being asked to. I feel like the system is extorting us, like pay the money or we will forever assassinate your charachter, guilty or not. (Where is the innocent until proven guilty in THAT?) This is justice. This is an unjustified shakedown and systemic slander. That is a serious imbalance of power, for people without the privilege of the funds to fix their violation against you. I really have a problem with this.

Any law that requires a license or denys a citizens rights to have or carry any weapon, is unconstitutional. That is the law. Al the balling and crying about people exercising that right, notwithstanding is b*******. What's the Constitution says, is controlling. That people being allowed to be armed, reduces the government's authority, don't mean nothing. What's the Constitution says, is what decides what is constitutional, and what is unconstitutional.

The depths in which law enforcement agencies narrate stories and twists your statement aren’t pleasing, sometimes rendering helps gets you in trouble and it’s not something anyone will be proud of. I helped a drunk guy off the roadway and he fell off and had slight accidents, I was accused of pushing him to the roadway, I was charged and that affected my livelihood. Couldn’t get a better job or pay a proper rent due to background checks of crime I didn’t entirely commit. Few months passed and my cousin introduced me to a programmer whom helped me clear my crime records from the database, have been always grateful for the opportunity that presented itself to me.

The tests don't apply for alcohol either. Don't say they "work great" for alcohol, because they don't. For alcohol, marijuana, and other drugs alike, the field sobriety "tests" are just fake science used in courtrooms to convict people, genuinely guilty or not. Try finding a case where an ophthalmologist testified as to the validity of the horizontal gaze nystagmus test. Ophthalmologists don't validate or acknowledge this test because "horizontal gaze nystagmus" is not a recognized term in the medical community. How were the same tests mysteriously valid for discerning above or below BAC of 0.12, 0.10, and 0.08, as the per se level changed over time? Because the tests are complete junk. Also, even when someone does the tests correctly, the cop just lies and makes stuff up on which to base a claim that the driver failed and make the arrest. Cops are too lazy, stupid, and corrupt to try to get it right, so they just arrest everyone. Arresting a person for DUI who isn't impaired (and the damage it causes) is not something that concerns a cop.

Use a bit of common sense. Don't smoke or injest and drive. If you do and get caught, go look in the mirror for the reason.

This is a brilliant post- people consume marijuana differently & I have seen 'drunk marijuana users' before & wondered how that adds up to how they drive But there are also people who follow dosages like medication & follow all the rules like Michael Phelps who also uses it for depression so you would never know because they are using it properly & are mindful of dosages & effects

Bull. I had an expunged bogus charge that showed up during an employment process 5 years after the charges were dropped and expunged.

Agreed the tests are deeply flawed two reasons are you don't stand and walk when you drive and more than 70 things cause HGN. But bottom line don't drive when you're chopped and won't matter

Unlawful conviction is the.same as fraud, and fraud is fraud from the inception and not the.discovery or the decison branding it. Expungement of an arrest and or unlawful conviction reversed is a fraud itself.

Question I approved on expungement and when the trucking company did a license check they still saw it how that possible. What I am asking how do I handle that cause that was Removed from my record.

If I was about to send the immigration application and just got a dui can I still fix my papers I been married for 12 years came to USA with visa and have 2 kids I have a clean record just this dui
