    Dude, I spent ages trying to fighre out how to open the gas latch on my leopard2. Thanks so much for this. It was so much easier on my Fiat punto

    am i the only one that thinks refueling in combat conditions should be much more simplified and faster?

    • @TrangleC

      When they designed the tank, or more precisely, this early generation of the tank, they didn't plan for such voluminous add on armor packages to be bolted to the sides of the turret. I think never generations of the Leopard have the refueling ports on different spots, or only have one central port.

    For anyone that’s having issues, the cheat code to remove armour is: up, down, up, down, left, right, left, A,B,A,C, Right, Up, Down

    При первом попадании все эти крышки, дверцы или отлетят, или их заклинит.
    Вот смеху будет 😂 у гранатометчиков - больше попасть не смогут.
    До меня только дошло! Немцы не тупые - немцы хитрые! Пока пехота противника ржёт, как кавалерия без всадников Леопард как раз и смоется.

    This is a bit confusing.. in 2023, I don't recall seeing any active duty Leo2's in Canadian service with these kits mounted... Everyone I see in news reports and media are just simple 2A4's with the standard blunt face turrets? The 2A4's going to Ukraine look nothing like this?

    • @Alexander_Hodge
      @Alexander_Hodge ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No. These are weird tanks. The Leopard 2A4M CAN mounts an odd kit that was a budget upgrade for the 2A4, adding a composite package, mineplate, and better FCS. I do not believe they are used too often and are most likely broken down, haha. Combined with the fact that only 20 exist, they seem pretty scarce. My buddy used to see them 7ish years ago when he did armour stuff. He's been out for a while, so idk the inside scoop on them.

      the 2a4m is different than the 2 that you have seen going to Ukraine

    I didn't know that it's that complicated. You cannot do that while shells are flying overhead. I guess if you ran out of fuel on this tank during combat, just abandon it and run as fast as you can. 🤣

    • @vangard9725
      @vangard9725 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dude that is what you do in ALL tanks when your out of fuel you scuttle the tank and then you run as fast as you can lol

    • @TheJimyyy
      @TheJimyyy ปีที่แล้ว +3

      if your out of fuel is because your crew is bad . is like a ship ... when low on fuel you go back to refuel first x) also tank dont drive around whithout stop . most of the time they hid and wait

    • @fallprotech6881
      @fallprotech6881 ปีที่แล้ว

      Fuel vehicles don't go where "shells are flying overhead". There are few of them and they are unarmoured. Refueling is always done to the rear of the fighting. Typically you will restock your ammunition, rations and water at the same time.

    German engineering didn't learn anything from the last war that they lost. It's a nice tank...but it's way too complex for maintenance.

    • @marselangjo2201
      @marselangjo2201 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The addon armor is not germam made. Its probably Canadian and its an upgrade to the base version of the Leopard 2A4.

      this is a very miss informed comment, every thing got more complex.
      you really think an abrams, K2, merkava or leclerc are any different?
      in comparison to the maintenance of a modern auto loader or the the suspension, rotating the turret and flipping a side a couple armor panels to refule, is not that much of a challenge.

    • @lagueuxrobert
      @lagueuxrobert ปีที่แล้ว

      @@maggyyolokraut1941 Still doesn't change the fact that the Leopards is a complex tank. And not the best options when you don't have enough technicians and experience to maintain them. Like trying to fix your Ferrari at a Ford dealership.

    • @maggyyolokraut1941
