Truly Magical!!.. I, as a architecture student, can really understand the level of thinking and labour the whole team has done to make such a marvel allianced with nature beautifully!!... :-)
This guy explains it in an artistic way. Which means he gave a lot of time to create this art.
I wish if every city in our country would have been planned with such grace and keeping envt. In mind instead of concrete jungles

This is a great example of indoor outdoor living . I must say great location 👍🏻 I like the material which is used in the project simple yet extraordinary .
Not practical especially in India with all the dust etc ... Tough to maintain
loved the idea and above all, u r able to such magic in such a place. I have a place in Uttarakhand but I am not able to plan in such an artistic way, thank you for a wonderful idea.

We all want to live in forest but the funny thing is that we don't plant trees and make every beautiful place into dump yard in a year. First plant trees and then make houses around them.

Can you please explain how did you account for the possibility of soil erosion or land slide, given it's a mountain area with natural water streams?
Retaining walls and preservation of existing vegetation will ensure that the soil remains intact.
Also climbers are spread near the water streams

We own hills in our villages.......maybe it was some village's land and they bought it.

It's Legal if you bought it from someone who sale it .. I also got couple of hills with my agriculture land ..
You guys don't know MH land laws.. out of 5acres they have constructed only few thousands sqft

Good theme, that it's not b dominating the topography
The structure is so dominating. Imagine a local farmer coming there, wouldn't he get intimidated? or is that the whole purpose? As an architect we often succumb to our ego and want to take pride in our design which we want to be so different and stunning. My opinion is If we want this world to be just, we must follow local traditional style and make it so welcoming that even a poor local will feel at ease. This can be done with a good asthetic sense.
Makes sense but why would you limit yourself to anything when you have the power to build something beautiful? I believe that if you can minimise your footprint and make something functional and elegant, you shouldn't be bound by the conventional ways of doing things. I agree that this specific case is in no way minimal but it is definitely better than having a basic structure with basic functionality. I would rate this project as Great Taste and Great Execution.

ya buildify u could do that for intrested people n students also seminar etc...........keeping ur very high standard n focus in archi....u couls add foucus on greenery n solar in seminar....add interior design n allied products...piping plumbing, kitchen counters n drain etc, stormwater n water reclycing elements

why all these Bombay architects ? are using materials high in cost as well as high carbon emission in manufacturing. Again speaking sustainable, nature and adaptability words are they really existing in their project?
