Bearded Barley. Duct Tape works and you already have the roll with you for everything else. Macungie is 45 miles east of here. That's a great show. Don't pump the pedal on the Mack unless it's been sitting for a long time. Like a month or so. I'm so happy to see the Duct Tape! Yeah, I know a few people figured that out. Glad we're getting a little bit of rain. We're starting with the brush fires and crop ( cut straw ) fires. Be well and God's blessings and safe travels!
Great looking crop of wheat, Grayce! It's a very good day when you spend it harvesting crops and hauling to the elevators! I'm glad you are making these videos - great to see!! 😀
Thanks Grayce for sharing the video. Enjoy watching them. Hope you had a great time going to the antique truck show. Hope the wheat is turning out good for you. Looks like really good wheat.
Good video I learned something new about wheat farming or bringing your weed in didn't know have a great time at the antique truck show you have a good trip and a good day
Doing a good job grace, steady trucking, grabbing those gears 👌 and good real speed see so many operators smashing the hell out of the crop for no reason.
This old guy drove a couple miles in the old R models. Thats what brought me to your site. You seem to handle the truckin and the combine very well. Thanks for the nostalgic ride along.
I worked for the 3 S Ranch in southern Colorado for a few years. I drove the tandem axle spud truck. We hauled potatoes mainly but also sold barley to Coors. I absolutely loved it. Idk why but I loved driving them in the fields. And not to toot my own horn but I never got my truck stuck I the field one. I'm one of only a few people who can say that. I moved back to NYS and blah.. no big farms around me
Had that same truck, bought in 1990... White R686 300 9 speed... Oh the memories. Wet kit, 34' EAST dumper. They say you could get 106-108,000 full of corn on it,,,, cough, cough,,, so I heard... LOL!!!
Actually like watching you handle that r model like a champ. My first truck was 85 w bunk loved it wish I still had it. You do good. Keep on truckin like the videos
I was watching Big Tractor power on youtube and i seen your Dad on a video that jason from Big Tractor power posted 2 days ago and it was a good video.....love u beautiful farmer grayce and I love watching ur video's
You joined Dirt Perfect in a video, and he's one of my favorite tubers , I came to see what you do, and I'm very impressed. Keep on keeping on in KY ...👍 🇨🇦
Hahaha!!! First comment!! Enjoy your content! I got family from Kentucky so this means a lot. And the fact you drive a mack which is my favorite brand of truck. Take care of yourself always.
Watching you drive the bull dog knowing that you don't seem to have A/C I have to admire your toughness. Perhaps one day you will learn to " float" the gears and that will make it easier for you. But don't listen to old retired trucks like me and just do what your comfortable doing. Thanks for sharing your life with us.
We the candia new hampshire fire volunteers fire department had the same mack it was first 3500 gallon tanker with a 8inch discharge in the back I love it sighn rick fitts from New Hampshire
And people think of a cragglely old man when they think of farmer. Yet here is a hard working young lady putting food on your table. And, you should be wearing a seat belt while driving.
Dear Ms. Grace, please don't be angry with my offer, I'm MACK now. I have an R600, if you have a problem when the engine starts, please refer to the injector pump section, probably the injector pump has a problem from somewhere like the fuel hose or the diesel return system of your truck, and air enters the fuel system.❤❤❤
Holy crap, are you related to Laura Farms? It's almost like watching a twin. I'm not a farmer, but still love watching this stuff from a mechanical perspective!
