Beautiful Dubai Dorchester Collection Penthouse, Farooq I like the fact that you show the model of the twin towers building in the beginning of the video. I like the fact that the left tower is a hotel and the right tower is residential. I like the checkered marble floor at the entrance, I like the living room and the marina and downtown view. I like the panda marble twin-island show kitchen, I like the master bedroom and master bathroom. I like the green cabinet chef kitchen.

Mr Farooq I love watching your videos. I also love the way in your videos when you try to sell sunlight coming through the big windows, what you fail to tell your viewers that in summers when the temperatures rises to almost 55C/131F the whole apartment is like a oven despite the A/C, or are the windows heat proof, which I doubt. This apartment is almost 10M$ you being a real estate agent you would definitely know what a luxurious apartment I can get on Upper East side Manhattan the most prestigious real estate in the world. So please make me convince that instead of Manhattan upper East side I should invest in Dubai real-estate. Where their is hardly any secondary market, where the rules and laws can change overnight at the whim of the ruler. Where you being an expatriate you can never own the land its on lease, where as in this covid crises almost 90% of Dubai business is at a standstill, being a purely retail/tourist oriented economy. Make your pitch to sell me Dubai real estate. Will wait for your response if any. Thanks.

Any room behind kitchen, that is used for storage of dried and conserved products, is a Pantry. But with today sized apartments, a pantry could be reduced to a cabinet size attached to kitchen.
