All other videos from moving companies assert that the books should be pages to wall and spine to spine. Also, if placed with their face vertical , spine down.
Pack books spreader over more boxes, together with lightweight such like clothes. 1. they wil be protected from the soft clothes. 2. You spread the heavy weight, so it doesn't become too heavy..
Is this for real? they're books. and I have tons of books I care about but, let's be real. Throw them in the f@#%ing box without making it too heavy annndddd DONE.
@@put_your_grasses_on. Sorry but a 60 dollar book is actually a really low price point. I have 1000 dollar books, numerous expensive comics, rare collectible books, and don't get me started on college text books hahahaha. Anyway, all i'm saying is that this is extreme overkill and maybe you should save the planet a little and not be sucha worry wort. Books are inherently tough especially hardcovers, at most all you need is one sheet dividers. But by all means follow Home Depot's lead here and take three weeks packing books.
@@astrofromthevoid If you have a 1000 dollar book, then you should know that a lot of books, especially leather, can suffer from rubbing if not packed correctly. Also you can damage the edges of the pages if just "thrown in a box."
