Fun fact! Potato fairies/rain frogs have those inward facing feet so they can effortlessly dig downwards, since they spend most of their days underground.

I'd love to get one, or maybe two of these lovely frogs as pets, but I live in Melbourne, Australia, so I don't know if we have them here. We have Cane Toads, which were brought into Australia to help fight a locust plague, but someone made a huge mistake because the Cane Toads couldn't jump high enough to catch the locusts, let alone eat them. So we now have plagues of Cane Toads! You would think that someone would have thought of trying out just a couple of Cane Toads first, to see if they could actually get hold of the locusts, but no, they didn't. 🤣 They're really nice toads though, and they make great pets.
