I’m pretty sure one of the units at the Martin have views of the fountains which is amazing!! Fun fact, the Martin used to be Panorama tower north in case you didn’t know!
I have seen a few high rise building videos. A bigger dan of these than the homes in Vegas. Im from the midwest and tired of Yard work. I have 2 questions...Is The Martin the most reasonable of the Luxury Condos near the Strip? I have seen some videos where the prices are insane. The Martin seems reasonable. Also does the gorgeous woman come with the unit?

It's quite nice. Considering today's market, I'd say it's a very good value overall.
With those bedrooms, you can have the weekends to sleep in when you’re not doing real estate.

If someone bought a condo in The Martin such as this one, could the owner knock down a wall or is that only an option during construction?
