    This is great! I haven't tried it yet, but I remember hurdlers doing drills like this for track in college. I'm unable to get as much edge angle skiing when turning to my right side due to lack of hip mobility on that side, so this is exactly the type of thing I need to work on that...looks simple and effective and easy to add to my daily routine. I'm gonna start trying this today.
