I was sexually abused as a child too. I had major anger, depression, and sexual dysfunction problems as I entered adulthood and ended up in and out of jail and prison. I sat in my cell trying to understand why I had this pent up anger and
I finally realized it was the childhood trauma that I had buried deep in my subconscious. I suspect the majority of inmates have similar pasts and the whole tough guy violent exterior is a self protection mechanism. We were all abused children in men's bodies. I also had officers put child predators in my cell a couple times in LA county jail, and I acted accordingly. So I can totally relate brother and I appreciate you putting this out there.

If you look at pics from the 70's and even 80's when I was born and I was a kid you rarely if EVER see overweight or obese people. Everyone is on the skinnier or slimmer side whereas now if you look at pics from the 2000's, 2010's and 2020's most of the people in the pics are heavier, fatter and obese and seeing people on the slimmer side is uncommon now. We've done a total reverse. We live in the upside down now.
And our food producers have added sugar and chemicals to all of our foods which doesn't help, if you want to lose weight or maintain your weight you really have to read the labels on everything you eat.
Imagine what it was like in the 50s & 60s...

I’m grateful my daughter and husband are raising my grandchildren well. They keep them involved in activities and nature, positive things. They are awesome kids. I pray for them all the time. My grandson has placed 2nd in scripture memorization contests between districts of churches. I’m not bragging just expressing my gratitude for this. I also have nieces, nephews etc… not doing so well. Such as a 10 year old having a smart phone. 🤦♀️

These devices are also drugs with the way they affect our dopamine levels. Handing a three year old a pad is like handing them a line of cocaine. Poor children, they are set up from the start, and all by design.
I'm 72, and I had no idea about how far this stuff goes. How screwed up we are growing into.
I did Farmville and soon realized what was happening... I stopped and never looked back. Same with other habits that are allowed, but are not letting productivity grow.
We are done as a human race, It'll either start over, or just evolve into robot zombies... never realizing true happiness.
The hell those type of games are like crck really addictive. I like to play but it has to be something special for me to go full troglodite and spend a few days hooked. Much like flavored cigarettes I try to avoid those games too addictive.

I was r&ped by a full grown stranger at 6 years old. It was the men in the pen that seeked my justice. I'm over 40 now. But my family wrote the prisoners every year to let them know why that man was in there. And thank God they did. Those convicts got me my justice till that man no longer existed. It sounds sick I know. But I owe a bunch of prisoners my gratitude for getting me the justice I needed to heal my mind and soul. I would have been a basket case the rest of my life if all the punishment he got was.... time off the street, hot food and a TV to watch. Thanks to the men in the pen.... he suffered what he did to me over and over and over till he took his last breath. Because of that...... I was able to live with myself. Had he just got 3 hots and a cot for taking my innocence..... and nothing else happen.... I would be a really mentally messed up human by now.

I am 53 years old and I have been in good shape even when I packed on some weight. But now I cook at home and read labels and go to farmers markets. I find Mom and Pop places where they sale meat and I fast and don't eat as much as I used to. And go running and playing with my 10 year old daughter. I have to stay in shape and watch my daughter become a woman. I never let her touch my phone or have a tablet or any type of electronics. We are homeschooling her so there's no outside influence in her life.
We’ve past the point of worrying about what’s going to happen if we don’t stop spreading the truth. I was arguing with a family member about this, they’re worried my actions might get them in trouble too, lol. If you profess Jesus Christ, you’re already marked, therefore in trouble. It’s time to make peace with this decision, we’re not of this world people, choose wisely.
