판사를 넘 좋게 표현했네.내가본 판사는 증인이 경찰수사부터 재판때까지 증언이 틀려도 다인정하더만
그게 자유심증주의 하나때문인지라 증언이 달라버리면 판사가 믿고싶은거 믿을수있게 할수있게되네요

사법 적폐속에서도 저런분들이 다수있다는것을 믿고 싶습니다..

I really really like this drama! Unlike past dramas I watched, this drama didn't divert the storyline to pure romance/lovestory. I really like how the sense of justice/ fight for justice theme remains! I like how they diversify the cases (from civil cases, to family cases, to criminal cases). This suits the best for me (as a law student) because it keeps on reminding me why I want to pursue this career, why I want to enter this kind of world. It also warns me of the world I might face in the future, that line of OhReum, "The world is such a mess", it really strikes me. I might not change the world myself (as I believe BaReun that it is like pushing against a wall), but knowing this world makes me well-equipped and knowledgeable, and thus be able to put up proper defenses and plan offenses, if needed.
Bonus: I am even grateful that this drama was taken by Go Ara. I didn't hesitate so much before starting this drama, which turned out so well, that thanks to Ara. Fighting Ara-ssi! 사랑해요!

판사도 자기 행위에 책임을 져야 존엄하지 권력과 돈에 움직이지말고 ..그냥 법전 그대로 판결해라 판사 본인생각을 넣어서 해석하지말고

성희롱 당하는 장면도 이제 여자만 피해자로 나오지 않고 남자도 피해자로 나오는 장면도 많이 나왔으면 좋겠습니다. 무고죄 당하는 장면도 많이 넣고요....남자 피해자들은 남자라는 이유만으로 신고 넣으면 주변의 시선과 남자라서 좋지 않았냐는 비방과 놀림거리가 되는 경우가 많습니다. 그렇기에 신고를 하지 못하는 경우도 많이 있고요. 조사로는 여자 피해자가 압도적으로 많게 나올텐데 신고를 못한 남자들을 포함하면 그렇게 압도적이지 않을 것 같습니다. 남녀평등적인 교육을 진행하고 남자 역시 성희롱이나 성폭행을 당했을 시에 부끄러운게 아님을 알려주고 신고를 하게 도와주는 미디어의 도움이 필요하다고 생각합니다.
민사 44 부를 보면서 법 집행의 불공평을 한 없이 느낀다.
고관 대작들도 저런 형을 받을까...?
고급한 자들이 더 고급한 高 범죄를 기획하고 법을 범하는데 형법 적용은 아닌 것을 보입니다.
평민들은 우발적으로 법을 범하는 경우가 많으나...高 학력 자들은 많이 아는 머리로 고범한 죄를 만든다.
